If you saw that the tokens that you bought on the ICO are already traded on the stock exchange at a lower price, do not panic. Wait until the project realizes all that he has conceived and then you can sell everything that you have more.
I won't sell it for a low price. once I have it I will wait until it rise in value. Patience and hodl is the key here.
I think if things like that do not panic, the price down after the usual distribution you do next is to hold or maybe because the project has not run so the price is not in accordance with our expect.
Panic will not help. I invested in crypto only money that i was prepared to lose and even if everything will be bad with crypto, i can take that.

I learned that after you received your reward from bounty try not to panic selling instead hold your coins specially those you think are potential to grow in the market. Try to hold even a month or more than a months because tokens that newly listed on exchange are little bit higher at the beginning and then it suddenly drop then after that the huge increase and that is the time to sell. Panic will not give you a better profit.

Panic over it is time to buy. Bitcoin for 3 days has grown by almost 12% and this is just the beginning. The market comes to life for a while, look how altcoins are growing. Calm down-start green days.
One has to remember one simple thing, panicking is not getting you anywhere. I understand that we are strongly influenced by our emotions day-to-day, but still they can`t have a permanent effect. You need to snap out of the panic state and make strategy.

It is usually a gift bounty will be distributed to participants once the investor will receive tokens and tokens listed on the exchange site. There is no reason to distribute the bounty prizes before all the distributions to the investors will be finished, so I do not think that you need to panic with the situation, still be calm you can think well.

As for you the investor on that token, would you panic when you see that the tokens you own already selling at much lower price?
I can make myself not the best and most skillful investor so when I see the coins trading much lower than they was in ICO price I can say that I am really in panic some of the times, because it caused my coins to lose their price.
I am not going to panic because the price is also very low and it's far from the price of the ICO. And if we're sure we follow project has tremendous potential. I think to join purchase tokens or invest it will be better. And I better wait for the ICO to finish and a token entry on the stock market and the new token I sell.

If I still have capital, I always take advantage of the cheap price. This usually happens after the day the bounty token was distributed. Although it requires a lot of hodl time, I am positive that my investment will be worth it. I also have other alts as a back up in case it won't go as I planned. Risk will always be there. Panicking will never hep us make the right decision.

I'm a little scared. I regret not having sold all my coins. I lost $40,000 in the last three months. I'm very sad. Now I can only expect bitcoin to fly to the moon again.
