With the recent hack, I assume a lot of people will switch to something else, what do you think?

I still recommend using a hardware wallet over the safety benefits though.

Yes. I still use MEW. But i never open my wallet, i just put my address and just view my holdings. I heard about the hacking,MEW has been hacked the last time, i got friends who lost their holdings because the MEW has been compromised. Hardware wallets are the best option on how to avoid attacks like these. Maybe, they should triple their security on MEW. Hackers will do everything in their ability to steal anything. Just sayin.

Try https://www.etherscan.io - it's what the boss would use. You can create address watch lists and always stay logged in. For just viewing wallets, it's top.

I use an air gapped Linux machine for this, while I own a few hardware wallets, I still don't trust them (neither does the smartest man I know) - "it's another link in the chain that can be compromised". I wish it weren't this way, I'd prefer to use the hardware wallets. Talk some sense into us, tell me why I shouldn't be scared.

It's very convenient, I'm just worried about security. I will use it later for the bounty

I use MEW and I'm not going to change it.
I was not able to find the purse better than MEW it's perfect for bounty hunters, I don't think many people will switch to other wallets. And as long as I use this I see no problem and thi is safest one. Just make sure you see the address bar green. But I would like to recommend if you had a hardware wallet better use it as your main wallet. Its much better safe when you store your assets on the hardware wallet.

I still use MEW well, it is tough to change nowadays I don't have any background of those wallet existing if it is legit or not. I use some extension on the chrome browser where the sign says that it is pretty more safe than the other options. As I see there are some hardware wallet which people recommends to use, I am now planning on switching on those or else I would still stick on using MEW. Is there any background that people who don't use the extension lost their money?

I still use MEW, although I know that they have security problems. I just do not see an alternative.

I have used and will use MEW, I do not have a better and more convenient purse. If you carefully look at the site's reference, and store its link in bookmarks so as not to get caught on a phishing site - you are safe.

I am still using Myetherwallet.
It is very simple, easy to use.
Until now, myetherwallet  is still safe.
Only a few users are tricked into phishing sites.

I use MEW for the majority of my ERC-20 tokens, but I have the wallet linked with my Ledger Nano S for additional security. For the time being, this seems the best combination of usability & security although I'd feel much less comfortable using MEW without my Ledger.

No i am not using MEW due to its frequently hacking and no any security feature added by its developers. I already switch-over to use hardware wallet because i think it is best way to protect coins from hacker.

Yes, i am still using Myetherwallet, because Myetherwallet is still a wallet that is safe and secured. It's up to you when your tokens or wallet will be hacked and stolen, because when you paste your private key immediately and not checking the site for sure you will get hacked, because Myetherwallet now is compromised, so don't paste it immediately.

i am still Using My etherwallet. from first day onwards am using this. I never face any issue here. And i never used metamask wallet so i dont have idea about metamask. But there is not way to hack you MEW without leaking private key. If you mistakenly provide your key, this will be easily hackable. So protect you private key.

I am still using MEW because I have no option other than to use it. I do mainly bounty campaigns and one of the perquisite to being a participant is to have a MEW wallet but what I do is to avoid clicking on random links and any site that have to do with requesting of private key. Lastly I don't have my key stored in my system. That way I am safe until when I acquire the Hardware token.

I see no reason to stop using MyEtherWallet. The only reason I can change a wallet is to buy a hardwallet.

I have never used mew because it's so complex and not easy to for me. So if it was the only erc20 wallet, it will be difficult for many people.  It's not that safe using mew....I prefer hard wallet
