I personally don't think the whole year is going to be red. 2017 had too big rise up so it's normal that now we have a long dip. But new grow period will start in autumn only in my opinion.

Do you have any good reason to believe that the crypto market is going to grow this year? Do you think we may end up in all red? I do not see the growth and happy investing of last years.
This year has just started and no one can guess whats going to happen for the rest of the year. One month in crypto is like one year in real world. Only time will tell.
This year will have it's fair shares in red, the start of this year along has been so alarming when
all coins went red and prices were very disturbing. But if you compare it with last year's start,
prices are growing yearly. We can always expect deflation in the market and a better recovery
and start after. Although recovery does takes some time, the end results are very much rewarding
as well. I also believe that before this year ends, at some point this will be another milestone
for bitcoins and crypocurrency. They will set high rising values that will have everyone excited

early this year will be full of blood in the market, especially the 1st quarter of 2018, yet people are starting to doubt now, they dont even know that bullish exist and the end of the 1st quarter will be the fruitful time to come that will surely love by them soon. though those people who dont believe and have no patience will stay low and will never ride the rocket that will surely come soon.

I'm not optimistic for huge growth this year. I think we will be in a kind of holding pattern until some of the ICO's actually become important companies. As of now, none have done much of anything and the most successful altcoin is ethereum and all it's accomplished is spawning ICO's. There's lots of hype about the blockchain, but so far no real world use case which I think is needed for real growth in the crypto space.
i don't think so. bitcoin and cryptocurrency price are increased every year.

Nothing is permanent including values of cryptocurrency. maybe today is a red day but I believe that before the year ends it will be a great year for crypto world.

Will i see if there is a red this year but probably only the prediction of the people,end of this year was too far we don't know yet because many things will gonna happen before the end of this year i hope it will not gonna happen that it will going to be red this year.
I really hope the crypto market can grow in the next years and not just me, everyone's expectations are the same, and I remain optimistic that the crypto market will grow in view from year-to-year development with rising graphics.

People who bought early one are selling for the new tax year, People who bought in sometime in december at crazy high prices are selling at losses and feeling terrible, and everybody just needs a bit of a break. Don't forget the Mt. Gox arbiter.
I expect everything to go back to pre-december levels. I am trying to buy and sell my way down....Was working till this past week in grad school and got caught up with accounting....and forgot to set my stop loss above what I paid....now I had to buy the bottom and hope it goes back up enough to cover so I'm not out...

Cryptomarket has grows up 2 times in year as we can see at diagrams for previous years. But growing up can be in pair to bitcoin or in pair to USD, take it in consideration

Unfortunately, it seems to me that 2018 will be red for crypto. I don't see the excitement right now. People do not want to buy bitcoin, it is not interesting to them.
I am used to volatility of market, so I'm not particularly worried. Q1 and probably Q2 will be dominated by the bear sentiment, but the whole market is going to be damn bullish in coming years. What reassures me most, is having found out that MtGox has recently sold a huge amount of Bitcoin.

How can we not see positive growth, if the price has changed more than 100%, is it like that? By the end of 2018 we will all see very good figures, capitalization is growing, every minute and yet the future will be beautiful
The red market was caused by a wave of regulation from around the world, but now the regulators speak positively about crypto and want to regulate and not ban cryptocurrencies. I think that a green year)
