Well, as the majority of people follow just their own goals (and celebrities are not an exception), it would be stupid to believe every single word they said. There is a big chance that they have been paid (very generously) in advance just to make a better impression. Some may fall for it and suddenly, you have made a great deal! Of course, a project backed by well-known person with a great reputation (e.g. Charlie Lee) is worth your time to research, it does not guarantee a profit whatsoever. Otherwise, you are still playing the same lottery of life all the time .

I do not trust such people as celebrities, as they mostly do not understand what blockchain and cryptocurrencies are and sometimes say absurd things.

There are many celebrities in Russia who was paid to promote scam projects like Cashberry and other crypto scam ico. I dont talk about widely famous youtube bloggers - Wylsacom, Lisa Rulit.

It actually depends on what category the celebrity falls to, if it is to be a cryptocurrency celebrities y then you have no worries than to put the dam blame on such person if the project fails. But others celebrities apart from crypto and forex, is a game plan.

I think that they are just earning cash, but on the other hand it does not really matter of how honest the celebrities are. The main point is that they have a huge audience and it is really great for the industry that it is getting promoted into masses.

Not. There have been many occasions in the past when celebrities have been promoting scam projects. Celebrities can slightly increase the popularity of altcoin.
I think it will really go a long way. Though we have some crypto enthusiasts who already can be categorized as celebrities promoting crypto. Nevertheless, how boosting it would if celebrities from other sectors like sport, entertainment who have seen the importance of blockchain technology can join in the campaign.
I see many ICO projects that use celebrity services to promote it. but most of the projects did not reach the target. the popularity of celebrities does not guarantee the project can be successful.

That depends on who they are, well to say, celebrities have their personality and based from it, I can trust a person whether they said something good in their statements, thats how it goes for me.
I don't trust celebrities endorsing cryptocurency, this is because some would have been paid to do it. Just for people to buy it, i would rather do my research , and see if it is worth buying.

The truth is i hardly believe in celebrities promoting a project because they are only doing the promotions because theygot paid and they never even believed in the Project, so it goes either way, its either its a big huge project or of course a very big scam, just last year Rick Ross and Floyd Mayweather got sued for promoting a fake project and since then i have been very watchful
I don't believe celebrities support cryptocurrencies. Because they only want to make more money from this market to support a project.Even some people don’t know what the project will do in the future to support it.
It's all about money, indorsers / celebrities treat this as part of their work and not to even care about real situations inside this industry, why wouldwe trust them, we know there's fans that will follow but in a serious matter no one will believe and invest without proper engagement and deeper
understanding so celebrity endorsers doesn't change anything.
