Have you received any deposit bonuses and meet the wagering requirement before making the withdrawal request? AFAIK you will not able to withdraw all your balance if you received the deposit bonus but have not completed the wagering requirement yet.

No, didnt redeem any deposit bonus. After making withdrawal request, it was deducted from my account balance.

Still havent received my withdrawal.

hello, thanks for commenting this is what you need to do if you want to remove Gifts web, If you wish to wish to withdraw our gifts, You have to wager 40 times the At Least initial bonus received. on the other hand regarding the mobile version that bugs you mean? you could be more explicit? thanks Wink

Now it's "2. If you wish to wish to withdraw our gifts, you have to wager at least 40 times the initial bonus received."

Do you have a page to track your bonus? Otherwise it might be harder to keep track if its done or not and it will be annoying to calculate everything.

1. You could withdraw everything you've deposited

2. If you wish to wish to withdraw our gifts, you have to place almost 30 bets.

The minimum withdrawal amount is 0.0005 BTC.

You can read on the FAQ page, you need to make 30 bets in order to withdraw the gift and you will only able to withdraw 0.01 at maximum.
