How the paypal works.
7 days is a banking hold. During this period, the transaction can be canceled without loss for both sides.
After the seventh day we will have to pay thirty euros for each refund.
45 days this is the oun protection of the paypal. Nobody will prevent a seller from cashing out the account and running away in this period. And you will have to convince the paypal to compensate your payment from its funds.
For us this means if someone blocks our account after the seventh day we will lose heavily. Attempts to do this are constantly being undertaken - the paypal informed us of suspicious activity again.
This was the reason for the refusal of this payment system.

I propose you to save these order/reserve the miners for users who chose to go with paypal. I still would like to order but after there is proof that you really shipped these and all works out just fine then I'm ready to use other payment methods.

So now there is no save way to pay anymore - with the option of a refund, if they don’t deliver. I was debating on buying one but without PayPal I will wait and see how this plays out.

It's very strange, I was refunded by Paypal

Alipay is good if you can implement it.

Monero cannot fork it's algo every three months. Even every 6 months is problematic for the network. But if dwarfminer unit is legit, Monero would have to fork to something completely different to exclude this fpga which can be update the next day.
ASIC is not a problem as it takes a few months to make a new batch.
30000 units would represent 1/3 of the network hashrate if every unit is on monero but those unit are still far less dangerous than ASICs but will definitely exclude GPU and CPU thanks to their power efficiency (mainly AMD GPU obviously as no sane mind would use nvidia GPU to mine cryptonight algo)

The big FPGAs are capable 19+ sustained KH (dwarfminer actually confirmed such a close accurate number earlier I believe they’ve done it..

Assuming it’s technically reasonable, I am not sure this has a life beyond 3 months.

At 25,000 units, this will 1/3rd of Monero Hashrate, leading to another Monero fork pretty soon. And if Bitmain or like is on their heels, it will be even worse.

And who knows whether the next fork will be adaptable for this or other FPGAs.

You should have done this first.

Based on Snow White, you need ~ 250 GB/s to achieve, maybe less because you have some onboard SRAM. 4 chips GDDR sized, maybe dual ported QDR. Let’s give you 128 bit interfwce, at 7Gbps (GDDR). You have 112 Gbps, let’s assume good in-chip SRAM. You have more than enough AES. You need 4W for the ram minimum, maybe other chip is efficient AES chip? so just housekeeping in FPGA?
