The coin is considered to have higher value because of the lessor number of coins and the person
it is named after. I think newbies may go for it as well as oldtimers.

The amount of coins is totally irrelevant. Eventually only one thing counts and that is getting the coin accepted by a large amount of businesses. To achieve this you really need a clever and active dev-team and a big good functioning community.
i haven't really followed the debate before but WHY has Ron Paul's face been removed from the coin? Jesus, don't you people have any idea about the importance of branding???

By the way can someone keep manage the wallet as it's open source coin.
Using the image creates a possible legal issue (unauthorized use of name and likeness). Since the coin bearing Ron Paul's face would be sold on exchanges, he could theoretically sue to prevent the use of his image for commercial gain. I guess not having his image on the coin lessens that chance. It is also true that he may not even care based on previous public statements. The best thing would be if he gave permission for use of his face on the coin.
