Oh for the life of me i don't understand what those black bars are suppose to do except irritate my eyes with ugliness.

Mine just started that too - 43 weeks behind.
It's 11:54 AM EST. Ronpaulcoin is currently atop of coinwaz. This might be due to the difficulty dropping a bit after some pools are brought down for a short time this morning. Making the coin rather profitable to mine. This will being some more miners into the mix even if for a short time. The maintenance cost to keep Ronpaulcoin at this price is rather high for a young coin. If the price falls do not panic like any young coin it will recover.

i already posted a reply above it's an attack...you should always program in a failover into your miners if you don't wanna loose time if a pool is down for a while...
like: --failover-only -o stratum+tcp://rpc.domain.com:port -u user.worker -p password

seems like the pools stratum is getting ddos'ed, it's an issue that came to public intrest the first time during the recent doge hype...there is already a solution and kana is working to implement it at the moment, so after this is fixed it can not happen again on the pool...
he will be posting the solution for other admins later on after he is finished...
its not a ddos ... but similar.. its a direct attack on the stratum server...
