It might just be recency bias, but i'm also leaning on Vitality after they swept Mouz in the seeding match.

Despite the odds lower than even i'll be playing that double fav parlay, i'm thinking Saw might shock us again after they took a map off NaVi and I don't know if I could trust Mouz for the second time after losing to Vitality in OT.

They actually might but I think FaZe probably had learn a thing or two from SAW's previous game so yeah I hope this end up like what I was hoping it to be

so yeah Im sticking with -1.5 in the end

Well good luck on this, the odds are horrible for my taste but still its close to 2x though. I would have taken this as well if the odds are abit better but sportsbets doesnt give extra boost on esports betting anymore so yeah otherwise this would be over 2x

There are so many matches today happening in all of the regions. So where are the boys now? I've missed the other dota 2 bettors and it seems that I am the only one remaining here and other friends that are into CS2.  Tongue
We're still here, but the timing is unfortunate because CS2 is currently having one of their big tournaments and for Dota I only watch bits of the highlights whenever they get posted.
Hehehe, I'll gonna bet for some CS2 maybe later or tomorrow. As of now, going with the PGL Wallachia Season 2: SEA region's closed qualifer. SF POS 4 team which is composed of these players;

  • Ghost
  • Armel
  • FBZ
  • DJ
  • castaway

has been eliminated by Execration.

Too bad that these known players that always get to participate the TI and other big tournaments are starting to lose their era. They should go elsewhere and leave the SEA region. AFAIK with Armel, his contract with Aurora is already done and that's why he's able to play to this qualifier with other players. As for DJ, he's starting to fade but I am still believing that one just chemistry with a good team, he'll still do it. I think his participation with Bleed Esports ruined his career.

NaVi huh, I personally would be taking Team Vitality to win though. Two quarterfinals games tomorrow, I was about to combine FaZe and G2 to win in a single ticket but the odds are horrible. It was about 1.9x, not even 2x lol. I guess I'll stick with Faze -1.5 maps and over 2.5 maps on G2 - Mouz rather than trying moneyline in a single ticket with horrible odds

Going on with still the PGL Wallachia, SEA and CN. These are my bets.

I'd go with Team Zero, although I know that Azure Ray is strong. But Team Zero managed to get the CN slot for TI2024 and let's see how they are preparing for it. And on the SEA, I bet for Skem and friends versus Execration. I've watched Execration's match yesterday and I am impressed but I wanna give it a try for skem and friends.
Just an update about this bet, got 1-1 today.

Really that much for the grand prize of this tournament?
So they must be playing their best CS to make it far into this stretch of the Intel Extreme Masters series.

Yeah, almost all of the cs2 major tournament has $1M prizepool with the winner taking like 35-50% of the entire prizepool so yeah

I am also seeing Navi taking it all the way and to advance to Katowice.
They are the team to beat all tournament long.

I have been following the IEM Cologne tournament in CS2 so far. Starting with the play-in stage. I'm really sad about the team I support, Eternal Fire, couldn't make it to the main tournament after the last chance match.  Sad

The great prize is $400k and the winner earns the right to join IEM Katowice directly next year at the same time. Do you have any favourites?

FaZe don't look convincing to me. Even if they beat SAW, I expect Vitality to eliminate them later. I think we are going to see a NaVi v Vitality finale. I'm favouring NaVi to become champions.

Going to Dota 2, I just want to update everyone that Team Secret has got a new roster with Puppey as the remainder of the last roster that they've got.
Their new roster is a bit of a downgrade on paper, but i'm still looking forward to what they'll achieve as I expect them to do well mostly in the smaller tournaments like Mouz.
Truly a downgrade but Puppey can't complain with that roster as there's not a lot of players available when the closed qualifiers is near.
Anyway, I've bet for a match in the WEU with MOUZ and some tournament on Sunday with nouns.

It seems like this is basically a roster that Puppey slapped together to compete for the qualifiers though. Realistically speaking, there is OG on the qualifiers as well. I personally think OG have been doing incredibly well with their new pos 5 so against Team Secret new roster and probably MOUZ as the toughest competitor, OG would probably still qualify to PGL Wallachia

So I guess there is nothing interesting to bet on for today huh, I probably skip the PGL qualifiers and IEM is currently on break so yeah

Team Vitality blanked them 2-0 quite easily. When Apex and Zywoo are insync they look unstoppable.
I was able to watch abit of the sAW vs Navi match and at first I thought sAW was going to do an upset after it was 1-1.
But Navi showed why they are the number one team in CS2 at the moment with that last map to take the match.

It will be an interesting semis after these lower bracket matches on Friday between sAW vs FaZe and MOUZ vs G2.
Vitality is stepping up their play every series and flameZ was impressive in the second map.

I watched the Navi match as well and it got somewhat scary SAW had a good start on their map pick.

Team Liquid's loss against Faze was heartbreaking, they somehow choked an 11-1 half in the decider map and lost in OT.

Today I had Faze to win against Vitality after taking map 1 but they couldn't do it with some fumbles that were not unrecoverable.

So tomorrow we have: Falcons vs Faze, Liquid vs Complexity, NaVi vs sAW, G2 vs paiN and MOUZ vs Vitality.
That series went as expected with Vitality advancing to the final match and possibly securing the semi-final spot. Faze is still far from their best shape after their elimination from the Blast tournament. We'd probably have another close match between them and Team Falcons in the lower bracket if they can't shake off this slump.

The Vitality vs. Mouz series seems like the most competitive match to watch, I think Mouz will decimate them through their plans and executions if Vitality continues to play like they did against Faze, but if Zywoo shows up we could see it going either way.

The Vitality vs. Mouz is indeed great on paper, let's see how competative it's gonna be.
Possible, I'll start to bet on the semi finals and the grand finals and I hope that I won't missed it.

  • Pos 1: shad
  • Pos 2: Adzantick
  • Pos 3: Tobi
  • Pos 4: Kyzko
  • Pos 5: Puppey

I am not very familiar with their new pos 4 but he seems to be scouting around. Good luck to the new roster.

The match I am wanting to see is the Team Spirit vs G2 as they haven't looked too good this whole tournament.
Another one is MongolZ which is currently being played and they are looking good as all IEM long.
That was the biggest upset so far, The MongolZ might've tilted Team Spirit after that OT and series loss then it probably snowballed into their lower bracket match against G2 where they only got a total of four rounds.

I'm also shocked by SAW getting this far in the group stage, the upsets aligned in their favor, but NaVi will likely secure the semi-final spot in their group, they're so clean with their wins.
sAW were the shocker match for me yesterday hadn't seen them play in a long time against SA teams.
From what I remember of all the matches I believe MongolZ lost but they are the best asian team since Tyloo.

ESL IEM COLOGNE groups are about to begin in 20+ minutes and I've been waiting for this event for quite a while because I do believe winning Cologne as a CS2 player is the biggest achievement one can get.

I've also watched the entire qualification rounds and I must say Mongolz are looking great , same goes for SAW who are having the best time of the year so far and I won't be surprised if we see them winning here and there. Also , I can't forget about Complexity who is finally shinning and Elige is in a monster form who that can take this team deep in this major. Same goes for Falcons who are slowly but surely achieving a god-style of Cs2 because no other team is currently playing what Falcons are trying to play but it's a double edge strategy for them as they can lose against anyone but they can also beat anyone.
Falcons were looking shaky but seemed to right the ship now with winning both pistol rounds and are in the drivers seat to win against MOUZ.

Anyway, going with the PGL Wallachia S2 on SEA open qualifiers, I'd bet for a game with a rumbled players and that's with skem and friends against Yangon Galacticos.
Quick 2-0 for skem and friends. The other match got interesting as I saw some all chat banter being clipped and posted.
Yeah, I've also watch the other match and there's a lot of fun there when the chat was full of banters.

Anyway, I've won this match easy. Both skemandfriends and Bruv123 has already been qualified to the closed qualifier. There's still OQ#2.

SAW made the upset happen and i'm impressed they did it in only two maps against G2 who have one of the best forms recently. The MongolZ avoided elimination thanks to Eternal Fire's sloppiness yesterday, it'd be a miracle to see them beat Team Spirit who's more experienced.

Put over 2.5 maps of the Falcon vs BiG match on both the betslips I had but took +1.5 maps for Imperial instead. Seen that one coming from a mile away.
So actually took in some profit from both.
Good shit, I almost thought you took the match-winner.
