You're right about Team Falcons, Team Liquid and BetBoom. They've got a tie breaker but this three-way tie breaker led to all lose to Team Liquid.

So, BetBoom vs Team Liquid = BB

and then

Team Falcons vs Team Liquid = Team Falcons

And this tiebreaker even made Team Falcons at the top of group A after they were likely on the verge of getting eliminated if Talon ever won to them twice.

Whilst on group B, they also have a tiebreaker but Gaimin Gladiators is already eliminated. So all of the remaining teams except OG are in the tiebreaker.

Not three way but four way tiebreaker on group B with GG confirmed to be eliminated if XG could win 2-0 against Tundra, I cant believe that they are so bad this season. As the game progress right now, XG has won the 1st map and currently dominating the 2nd map with over 10k gold lead. It looks like they should be able to win this one unless they decided to throw the game though.

They used to be one of the safer teams to bet on because of their winning runs from BB Dacha to DreamLeague S22. Now the playing field is back to an even level, as they've been dropping maps to teams they should be sweeping.

I'm not too confident about Heroic winning the series against Gaimin Gladiators, but they shouldn't have a problem taking a map off Gaimin to secure their upper-bracket spot.

Betting against Team Falcons is probably the least thing i'd do for the last day of the groups and after what happened to the Talon/BB series they could easily lose another 2-0.

Everything feels so out of the place on this tournament. Falcons kept getting draws and XG losing despite dominating the last tournament. On the other hand, if Falcons start from the lower bracket instead than this would be highly entertaining though as I cant really recall when was the last time they start from lower bracket so basically it would be their last lifeline on the tournament so probably they will play less agressive on the playoffs

Well turned out that Sumail was playing as stand-in for Falcons but overall it was still good until Falcons started throwing up the game with 7k gold lead by dying one by one until they typed in GG on the 2nd map. I totally cant believe it, I thought it would be a solid 2-0 for Falcons even with Sumail playing as stand-in. Anyway now I kinda understand why Nigma keep losing though, Sumail as pos 2 is definitely not a top tier player anymore and I totally can say this with certainty after watching him play with Falcons today compared to Malr1ine

Falcons is not complete on this tournament as Malr1ne didn't managed to get his visa to Birmingham and that's why Sumail is going to stand-in for him which is a good substitute as well. While for Falcons and XG, we might see them have their rematch on the playoffs but not with the group stages as they're part of groups A and B. That's just so close but it's interesting still because there's still two chinese teams. I've just noticed that the bracketing isn't that long and that's because there are only 12 participating teams. So, this is just going to happen for 7 days but, that's enough to have some good dota 2 for the entire week.

Its been a while since we have an offline tournament for dota2 but I doubt the group stage will start on stage immediately but its Falcons tomorrow for the opening game so it would be so weird not to bet on them when they are so dominant. Except for the fact that they lost to XG on The Elite League final Roll Eyes

but still they have been pretty good so far on the previous tournaments

I don't know how deals goes on with kick but isn't it that everyone can stream there anytime they wish or they need a contract first before they're able to stream? I just visited the website and it seems that the website's most view is coming from gamblers having a real time viewers of around 54k. I also see a familiar there whom is Admiral Bulldog. So for Taiga, he's going nowhere but probably just to stream his games and stays in the pub games but for sure some other random players there might just humiliate him in the chats and he can't do shit anything about it because of the involvement that he's in with the 322 that he decided to do. Too many of these pro athletes, esports and not have been caught with what they've done without thinking of their long term goal on their careers but, it is what it is and they've done it already.

Yeah, this is the biggest in the history so far CMIIW. I've posted this on the other thread but it seems that our fellow dota 2 folks have already seen that without reacting in here and there. Grin

And as we all know, it's about his latest issue about 322 (let's mention this term again) for the first blood bets and he's betting on his own against being first blooded by the enemies. I don't think that there's still future for him on this scene and he should just step away or go live stream and do some coaching to the pub gamers that he'd be useful with. Or, he can do casting, actually there's so much more for a professional esports player to go on if he doesn't any space anymore on any team because of the recent issues that he's involved with. Unless there's a team that will still trust him and won't do shit against them for doing some bets. It's just sad that he'd became a part of those gambling syndicate that rotates somewhere in EEU but this isn't just rotating there because it's a global issue.

Im still waiting for the day that they will announce prizepool on Riyadh master. In case you dont know, this Riyadh Master series are tournament with highest prizepool aside from TI and yeah this is the cornerstone for the Esports World Cup. Last year they had $15M on this tournament alone and imagine how high will it be this year.

Aside from this tournament on July, we are going to have ESL One Birmingham and another dreamleague for dota2 so thats alot of EPT points up for grabs in case a team wants to be part of the invited teams on Riyadh Master so there will be alot of action for sure
