Oh my, Old G lost two consecutive games against Ooredoo Thunders. OT has got the first slot in division 2. While Old G still has the 2nd chance to get the slot but has to wait for the winner of the match, Monaspa and Team Blink.
They shouldn't be confident in whoever wins that match as OThunders have taken two games against the game. That was so close for them but good thing there's a lower bracket final for the qualification of division 2.

I did not expect that to happen. When I see Topson, Notail, and Ceb in the lineup I already assume they will dominate the closed qualifier, but they did not.

I am watching the Finals of the Lower Bracket now between OLG and Monaspa. Monaspa still has the upperhand in the first game, but OLG is slowly catching up. They are quite even. Let's see if Old G will be able to qualify in Division 2 though the lower bracket.

I expect too much from the OLD OG members and of course, they are a 2x TI winner champion but I guess seems close to be happen to them is that they will looks the same with Dendi era which is over already imagine they got conquered with their game with a not known team, and also no-one not really good in playing core unlike before and seems like they are just playi ng a pub-game with no thrill just draft what they want and topson keep making an experiment to his hero which is not too much synchronize.

Since we're talking about bans here in Dota 2. Look, there's another banned player in the SEA and that's the Young Galacticos, they're disqualified already on closed qualifier. KSH, is banned for lifetime from Epulze but I guess Valve will also have to step in on this. He did scripting and that's really no good when you're in a competition.

Yangon Galacticos have been disqualified from the DPC 2023 SEA Winter Tour CQ, KSH has been found guilty of scripting and receives a lifetime ban from Epulze, remaining teammates are banned until further notice, pending a more extensive investigation.

So many bans early in the season. Valve is more serious this year in implementing bans on cheaters, which is good. We do not want cheating, especially in pro games. It destroys the league and our bets, if we are betting.
They've always been serious and they'll definitely going to punish all of those players that are not playing fair.

They're just for the fairness of each team because that's what Valve wants to happen. The generosity they've got for the minors and majors that they're producing, this should be taken into consideration by those players that might think to cheat.

It's a career that will change their lives so, they have to think of it before committing such acts considered as cheating.

I have to say that there were some good matches in the Born to be brave tournament. In the first match there was a strange mix of teams against each team's awper. 5 awpers could not beat the other team. Because their rifles are weaker against the other team. In the other match, strong aims faced the igls of the teams. This time the igls won the match. In the final match, the mixed team defeated the igls and became the champion.

Early in the DPC season, Valve had already set bans to 10 professional DOTA players due to account sharing. They will not be able to play to any tournament that involves Valve and PGL.

https://dotesports.com/dota-2/news/valve-permanently-bans-virtus-pro-player-and-others-from-dota-2-events-for-account-sharing

What a way to start the DPC season Cheesy We haven't started the run for this year's DPC and we already have a lot of players banned. This should already set an example to players who are looking to sacrifice their career for qualifications or other shenanigans and advancements on the DPC. Not really a fan of Valve or PGL but these two organizers make up almost 100% of the tournaments in Dota 2, with the rest being handled by other smaller orgs/minor tournaments that offers very little prize money, so it is also in my best interest that Valve banned these guys for the future of Dota 2.

I am not a fan of Valve as well but I agree that cheaters should be banned right away. No excuses for them. It will send a stern warning to DOTA 2 professionals that one single cheating in the system can destroy their careers and denies their dreams of playing on the biggest stage.

I already forgot the exact new DPC system this season but a single replacement will cost a team higher points than the last season. Eastern Europe is a challenging region where Virtus.pro is trying to return back to its former glory days. Yet they will be sacrificing points this early.

Last Banning of the player I've seen is in the CSGO actually happens in the tournament which is one of the player have the word.exe it brings a lot of big news to the community with that and also in Dota 2 there's a log checking in the game and also the Valve itself has their VAC additional with that they offer a review for the players who would like to check if this is a possible cheating or not.

Time for a substitution at Nip.
Nip announced that es3tag has been moved to the bench. I didn't think he was enough as an awper, which I think the nip team was too late in this decision. That's why they transferred Device, but it didn't work out and he went back to astralis. Now they will be looking for a new awper. I don't know who will come to the roster but nawwk can be tried. He is a very talented player and he can fit in with nip.

This is es3tag's statistics in 2022. He has been really ineffective for the team in general. This was because of showing a very inconsistent performance for a long time. There was an improvement in his performance in the recent times actually but it didn't last very long either.

If NIP want to be one of the top tier teams by staying in top 10 then they should take the needed steps for the good of the team. It is the right call to bench es3tag and I wonder with whom they will be filling his place. The most striking AWPers have a strong bond with their teams these days. They might need to go for a talented young AWPer instead of signing a player who is already a star.

Es3tag used to be a very decent rifler and entry fragger just a year ago, but it seems that he's getting a bit rusty and he needs some time to grind solo before he joins any team that can utilize him for what he can offer. I know that ever since he's been on NiP he became more confident and more daring in his plays, but that's not the only thing that pro teams need from him. He also needs to step up whenever possible and do things that an AWPer must do. He already got that thing going back in Astralis and 2021 NiP, he just needs to take a step back and focus.

The NIP team is currently taking care of Headtr1ck, who plays the role of Awp in the young talent Navi academy. In fact, the NIP team has made its decision and the bidders are only left to the Navi team's decision. The result of this transfer will be clear in a few days. Previously, the Navi coach was asked if Headtrick was ready instead of S1mple. According to b1ad3 headtr1ck is not ready to play in tier 1. I think he is a very good player, but NIP is very eager for this transfer.

Been reading a lot re: headtr1ck in hltv and reddit, and even watched some highlights and demos with him on it. I'd say he's got pretty good game sense and can definitely play in tier 1 with proper teammates that can help him hone his skills. I doubt Navi would be keen on transferring S1mple, their star, to other teams any time soon. And I doubt S1mple would even want to be transferred too.

DPC WEU Closed Qualifier Upper Bracket finals are about to start. The match is between OLG and Ooredoo Thunders. Old G odds is at 1.30 and Ooredoo is at 3.30. I think Old G has an upper hand but the odds are not enticing to bet on. I think the handicap -1.5 maps with odds of 2.0 is a better line to bet on.

They deserve that and I agree with you. As long as there's a strong punishment to any type of cheating, Valve has to do their thing and that's to permaban them.

The early days, there were some exception like for Solo where the legendary "322" meme was born and he never tried it again, luckily for him.

But to the other players that might get invited to cheat and be against to the system and include the official tournaments, well, they don't see themselves having a good dota 2 career.

@Balmain  m0nesy is improving his game really fast. I think he really deserved the MVP prize in the Blast Premier World Final tournament. He has a really bright future and it makes me exciting that he plays this strong at his current age. I believe he has a bigger potential than s1mple. m0nesy can be the best AWPer if he goes on like this.

This is the list of top players in 2022.

It's amazing to see XANTARES in the 2nd position. I would like to point out a great detail there as well. He has played so many more maps than the others but he still keeps his KDA rate at a wonderful level. I think he deserves to be at the top if we compare the efficiency according to the number of maps played.

Big players who are MVPs at big events. We are ending the year 2022 and the best performing players are here. Do you think there is a player who deserves to be MVP but has never won a tournament MVP?

On the other hand M0nesy got his first MVP, do you think he will be stable in the future, Do you believe this success will continue?

es3tag was pulled to the Bench by the Nip team and was freed in its moves. There was a team on the rise with the NIP device, they are losing their players one by one. We see ninjas getting away from the competition.

The penalty is 20% of the total points accumulated up to the time the player is replaced. DPC season has just started so there is nothing to deduct and they will not be losing any points in this department.

But in Majors, it is 40% per player substituted. That is a lot of deduction. Their DPC points are almost halved in Majors. They will have a hard time qualifying through DPC points because of this. Maybe, their option will be Last Chance Qualifiers to get into TI.

It was an easy game for them, at least for the first map.
I was able to watch the first game/map of Old G and Blink and I'd say that it wasn't an easy game for Old G. Blink is strong at the first game and I thought that they'll snatch a win to the Old boys.

The game was actually close but more favored to Blink on its first 30 minutes.

But then after that half hour, they've managed to take the lead due to the good clashes that they've initiated. Actually, the silencer of Blink is wrong on its timing for its global silence. It should be like a counter global silence but it does the initiation global silence so, Old G took the time to take advantage on its wrong usage of its ulti.

Former VP player and an ex-Alliance player. These aspiring pro players should just go through the typical way of playing and avoid doing activities that are against Valve's and other organizers policies.
