The first match in the quarterfinals of the championship stage was outsiders vs fnatic. Fnatic picked the first map of the match. But I can say that they didn't play well. Fnatic actually has a roster with potential but they have problems with success. If a team cannot play on the map they have chosen, it is already difficult to win the match. As a team, outsiders played really well and eliminated their opponent. Now we will watch the c9-mouz match.

fnatic couldn't show much resistance against Outsiders on both maps today. First a 16-11 win on Inferno and later a 16-8 win on Mirage. There was a good cooperation between fame and Jame on Inferno. FL1T's performance on both maps was really effective in this 2-0 win by the way. 20+ kills on these maps were a good example of a strong effort.

Now we have a MOUZ - Cloud9 series in less than an hour. Cloud9 are highly favoured @1.33. It is 2.95 for MOUZ win. MOUZ couldn't have a comfortable run so far as some of you indicated. Actually they have the capability to upset top teams now. They are actually already at the 7th position in the world rankings also. Considering Cloud9 are only two places above them the odd difference is quite big. I think it is worth giving MOUZ a chance at this attracting odd.  Grin

CS:GO is back after 1 day break.

Outsiders vs Fnatic first game and both teams have been looking great during this major so far with a slight advantage going to Fnatic in my opinion because Outsiders really rely on Jame sometimes and if he won't shine today , Fnatic will role them for sure.

Mouz vs Cloud9 ...well...hard for me to chose one of these two because I like both teams but I think Cloud9 has the experience and also better players to pull this one with a victory. Grin

I think that we will watch Cloud9 - fnatic and Heroic - NaVi matchups in the semi finals. Cloud9 seemed pretty solid in the group stage. MOUZ had a big difficulty in reaching this stage. MOUZ are still a dangerous team though but I think they will be out by a 2-1 score. I expect a close series between Outsiders and fnatic. But I see that fnatic have improved their effort very much against top tier teams. I think they can do this. Heroic should be able to do what Liquid couldn't. I don't think Spirit can make another surprise. NaVi have mostly dominated their matches against FURIA. Maybe they seemed inconsistent in the group stage unlike FURIA. But I still don't expect any mistake by them.
I'm expecting Cloud9 vs Outsiders in the first semi-finals since Fnatic already lost to Outsiders and even if Fnatic looked impressive I'm still not convinced with their results given how BIG wasn't able to take a map after going up 2-0. Heroic seems shaky though and I wouldn't count out Team Spirit after watching Cloud9 pull some crazy comebacks multiple times throughout the tournament.

Cloud9 and Outsiders will probably be my leans on the first two matches and hoping for 500casino to put in a much better promo this time.  Grin

Is this official? I am searching the web but I cannot see an announcement for where the next TI will be. If this is true, then you are right, Russian players will have a very hard time entering the US. Russian players were not able to play in Arlington because of Visa issues. It may happen again if the next venue will be in the United States.

I think it is better if the next TI will be held in South America. They are getting better in the game and it will be a big boost to them if the next TI will be held there. Hope it happens.
It's a rumor that the next TI will be on Seattle. But when it comes to that, usually that's coming from the insiders of Valve and there's a chance that it's really like that.

One problem that will be met on that place will be for sure the Visa issues. And there will be a lot of players even those experienced ones and have been there already could face a problem if it's on Seattle.

With Liquid's shocking elimination as well, the eliminated big teams list is like this now:

- FaZe
- Vitality
- Liquid

Teams like BIG, ENCE and NIP are also teams which are near top 10 and it wasn't nice to see them saying goodbye to the tournament this early as well. Now we have these matchups for the quarter finals:

MOUZ - Cloud9
Outsiders - fnatic
Spirit - Heroic
FURIA - NaVi

I think that we will watch Cloud9 - fnatic and Heroic - NaVi matchups in the semi finals. Cloud9 seemed pretty solid in the group stage. MOUZ had a big difficulty in reaching this stage. Earlier today I saw the Facebook page of Invictus Gaming posting that The International 12 will be once again hosted by Seattle in the United States. Some comments were like, goodbye to Russian players and the visa issues. Not to delve any further into politics but I do hope that the war in Ukraine ends before the next TI.

It is still a rumor since we cannot see an official announcement coming from Valve itself. But there could be a high chance otherwise Invictus Gaming's official page won't post it. As far as I understand, there will be bidding and voting to decide the next TI host. Maybe Seattle has the biggest money and supports so far.

I agree that South America should host a TI. But did they host a major already? Maybe they should host a major first before TI. They did a great upset last TI performing better than SEA and NA.

Its still based off rumours because the largest crowd were in Seattle so fans were assuming that Valve will take the next TI back to Seattle but honestly with the politics issue probably still ongoing for atleast 2-5 more years, I dont think that Valve will be that stupid to actually take it back to US. Most likely that it will be on any other some sort of neutral venue
Hopefully, it'll happen in a neutral venue. But I won't be surprised if Valve approves a non-neutral venue. Valve is also based in Seattle. Valve earlier fucked up The Outsiders with their DPC trying to mess up the computations which happen to be the first time afaik as Liquipedia calculations went differently. My own basic logical computations are the same with Liquipedia too.

Vitality were already like a ticking bomb actually. They barely advanced from Challengers Stage by a 3W-2L record. I hoped them to improve their performance in Major but they didn't. They were even worse and this brought their end unfortunately. They could have used their last chance now if they weren't defeated by ENCE. But even then they would still have a potential to be out of Major with this effort.

Now NaVi are using their last chance to move on. They won on Mirage by 16-12 and we are now on Dust 2. NaVi started this map with a 3-0 series also and they really want this win. I think BIG can't make a comeback and eliminate them. Liquid are also going to use their last chance tonight against Spirit. 1.61 is a pretty nice odd to bet on Liquid I reckon.

Last matches in the legends stage of the major tournament. Today, in the match between mouz and ence, mouz defeated his opponent 2-1 and advanced to the champions stage. Mouz's team play seems to be settled. We can say that he is reaping the fruits of his contributions to his academic team. In this way, he does not spend much money on player transfers.
Navi big struggle continues. Navi won the map of his choice.

Next is Big vs NaVi and we might see 3 maps in this game as well even if Big is having a rough CS:GO lately.

This Major is full of upset. The top teams are sent home early in this tournament. Faze, Vitality are all gone now. And since that is the trend in this Major, I am betting with BIG in this match-up. For me, Navi is still very shaky in this tournament.

Mouz did it! They got revenge over Ence for eliminating Vitality yesterday and man , it was a well deserved victory from Dexter and his squad. Also insane stats from him during this lobby as in 3rd place he had over 30kills and managed to keep his team concentrate after they started 7-1 down on Mirrage.

Next is Big vs NaVi and we might see 3 maps in this game as well even if Big is having a rough CS:GO lately.

Meanwhile, Thunder Awaken is now disbanded. 2 players were earlier signed with beastcoast but the rest of the players are now free agents.
Another top South American team Infamous also released its players earlier.

Well, I really support this topic of you  Cheesy I am a huge fan of Esport, especially the League of Legend. I just visited your site and I see that you guys have a lot of news there. It looks really good. But your website still has a lot of blank. What do you think about adding calendar of matches or upcoming events there? It will be right there and visible to everyone without searching.
I totally agree with you, this is very good advice. It's good to add this for prediction because these two games Mobile Legend and also LOL very many users and many people play these two games, if you make predictions for Mobile Legend game and also LOL I'm sure many fans will come for this game. So if there are developments for these two games for predictions, I will continue to monitor further developments.

What a crazy major this has been so far, both FaZe (rank #2 in the world) and Vitality (rank #1 in the world after winning ESL Pro League 16) are out already.  The world ranking is going to complete change after the major is over, we can already see being the best 3 month ago is no more guarantee for future success. My bet sizes have small so far as I am trying to build a second bankroll for the Worldcup starting in 2 weeks. Today are the last 3 matches in the playoff stage, with ENCE vs Mouz, BiG playing against NaVi, and Team Liquid facing Team Spirit. I am a huge fan of BiG and they played well this tournament, but I don't see any chance of them winning against NaVi. This is going to be a sure win for NaVi in my opinion. I will also bet on MOUZ for today, it's going to be the closest match today as they very equally skilled teams. Still after defeating Vitality they must be really hyped to reach the champion stage. As for the last match I would expect Team Liquid to pull through. On Thursday the champion stage is going to start with some nice CSGO matches this weekend.

Maybe changing to the southern hemisphere upset their aim like navigational magnetic north for birds or something.  Maybe they were jet lagged, its possible for a team to be upset in their sleeping and all sorts of fairly minor things can add up.  Faze being the former winners and still #1 now means they are the bullseye target for every other team wanting to counter strat all that they do, its almost literally the name of the game to do so.   Sadly they could not adapt but its fairly surprising they lose to the Bad News Eagles.
I said only a while ago that I thought Eagles could upset a team 10 ranks ahead of them (they didnt) but its very unusual for a team over 20 ranks lower to throw out another team.  I bet the odds were great, I didnt even look at that possibility sadly.    Very close games, CS very often is and its why its a good esports game and to bet on also I think.

Almost got this parlay, but Vitality destroyed it. I already got the two wins with Outsiders and Navi but Vitality failed to win their match against Ence. Vitality was not able to win a map. In Nuke, they were able to pull overtime but Ence wiped them in the overtime. Ence was just the stronger team.

Vitality is now out of the competition. Ence sent them to the airport.

FaZe could have beaten Cloud9 and Bad News Eagles both actually. If they did and their record was 2-1 now then I'd find it totally normal. Because Vitality were the other opponent among their matchups and Vitality were one of the strongest teams recently. But first losing to Cloud9 by 14-16 and lastly losing to Bad News Eagles 2-1 in the series brought their end early. You shouldn't be eliminated this easy if you are the number one team in the rankings. I guess they won't stay at top anymore after Major ends.

They are already in a decline. It is an early exit for them in a Major so it is not surprising if they will be the #1 anymore. Some top favorites are already exiting Major so we may find new teams to be on the top of the standing.

NaVi are also making a big effort to move on in the tournament. They beat Bad News Eagles by 2-0 today with satisfying map scores. Their last opponent hasn't been decided yet. Vitality can also be one of the candidates in case they beat ENCE and maintain their chance. NaVi beat them before but this time they might need to be more careful. Because this time it is going to be BO3.

Faze's elimination from the tournament is sad for faze and its fans. I can't understand why the top team in the world rankings had to say goodbye to the tournament so early. What could have happened that they had to put up such a performance. Today, we see NaVi Faze winning in a different way by not letting the eliminated team play. It's all about faze.

This Major of CS:GO is really unique , right ? I mean , Furia has VAC everytime they play as CROWD cannot be hold and they will keep screaming for FURIA whenever a fight is about to begin and last night against BIG , the producer tried to put a semi delay on the noise but it was already too late for BIG to make a comeback.

Nr 1 team in the world , Faze , is already in DE_Airport , followed by NIP ...both of them are playing the airport map right now... Grin Grin Grin and both of them lost my betting tickets ...
