Don't feel a ETH as a competitor for BTC. Nobody can compete BTC, they're just too different. The ETH is a heir of Bitcoin and that has much more sense.

Etereum is just part of altcoin where bitcoin is the icon of all crypto types and half of the people who invest in crypto prefer chip bitcoin as the most popular form of investment today. so I think even though price movements in the ethereum continue to rise and in barengi with the decline in bitcoin prices but to pass the bitcoin price is very unlikely.

Being the second biggest crypto currency Ethereum can dominate crypto currency world . Ethereum is much more stable than Bitcoin . According also to some expert Ethereum can surpass what Bitcoin done . Ethereum only starting to gain its popularity. Ethereum is a decentralized platform for applications that is more developed and far more sufficient than Bitcoin . I am sure that in the next upcoming years Ethereum will dominate and surpass Bitcoin and other crypto currency.

Even if ethreum take bitcoin's place as No. 1 cryptocurrency in market cap, it is funny to call it next generation of BTC.
ethereum and bitcoin are quite different in terms of technology and usage.

ETH is definitely not the next generation of BTC. But there is a possibility that ETH will surpass BTC by capitalization in a few months, but it won't last for a long time.

Yes it's very difficult to replace btc as its the main head of this cryptocurrencies. Eth can reach up maybe the price of btc but it takes a lot of time to manage on replacing btc position, maybe for now the value is unpredicted but it's pretty sure that value of a successful coin and trusted will be more pump up in the future trading market.

For this one I agree with you and eth will always become the next generation of btc. At this time we can see eth used by many people as the priority income ( investor/ trader ) to make money, for ICO send - received payment and alternative to send money if bitcoin network got delay. ETH will never beat bitcoin but become second is the the best they can get.

Maybe yes since if ERC20 contracts will be adopted frequently well it can really create some demands on ETH, But theirs so many things that needed to consider with since as you can see if BTC go down you can see also that the price of ETH fall and It's so hard to believe that this coin can surpass since if there's fud of certain Countries controlling the crypto's we can see that the price fall including the ETH.

But we never actually know the real score and status for long time running of crypto's since IF there's certain regulation on bitcoins and been banned on global use maybe ETH would step in for that matter.
