I will choose ETH, because the future of ETH is also very long, so we will hold back a longer time, with more we make big profits.
It's better to invest in different tokens, but still it's better to keep most of the investments in ETH, Waves are developing very slowly.
I am not that familiar with Waves, but I think ETH will have great value in the long term. I am holding some ETH and I will continue to hold them for some time. Great potentials.
same here. I am.not.so.familiar with waves .I have also waves tokens but I don't know what happened to them.as I am.not familiar with it. but ethereum is very likely to.grow bigger and I know it is next to bitcoin. I am also.looking forward to invest in ethereum for long term.
Both options are platforms. Before decide it you have to analyze which are:
-most usable
-more stable
-have more fundamental value right now
-can have more fundamental value in the future
In my opninon waves is good platform and have interesting features but ethereum still have most support and usage. I would bet on ETH.

i don't understand why every one comparing waves with bitcoin and etherum in my view waves is good technology coin but we cant compare with eth and BTC with waves the technology comparison is very distinct in nature
I choose ETH because it's more promising and have shown good performance in the market and I am sure that we are assured of the good future with etherium.
Holding Eth is better than buying waves. Eth is the second coin after Btc and already many people believe that Eth will shine in the future. Eth has great potential to do just that. Waves may not be able to do that. But all the decisions remain in your hands, I just give the picture and advice only.

i think ETH is better than Waves. Waves also a good option but cant compete with ETH so i think ETH is good for long term and as well as short term.
Waves is much faster and safer to use than Ethereum.

In my opinion, it is better to hodl Ethereum. Because of ICOs on Ethereum smart contracts more than on Waves, so, I think, that ETH will have a better future than Waves.
But this is only my opinion
I am sure that most people today do not relate to the Waves project just as respectfully as to the ETH project, because today there are a lot of projects that are done by scalers on the Waves platform, creating tokens on this platform is not at all a problem. So they do it all the time.
The ether has an endless emission. Even if there were no other reasons, I would still not buy Ethereum because of the endless emission. Gold will cease to be gold if it is infinitely "printed"

In your case,I think holding your etherium would be a better idea. Waves is a good altcoin but based on its msrket statistics for the past two years, its market price did not increase that much compared to the market value of etherium which have grown so big within the two years that have passed. Surely, holding etherium would yield to bigger profit.
if we have the comparison of both the coins eth and waves i prefer eth is my first choice why because eth is second position in market with smart contract we can see many new coins coming up
