I will choose ETH. In the encrypted world, there are too many projects running on eth. Now eth is a very mature platform. NEO has some uncertainties. The Chinese government's attitude towards encryption will be a key factor. I think eth is more reliable.
I choose the etherium!

Ethereum rised very much at 2017 I think, and now this year I'm expecting big rises from neo, there is new good icos neo based and they are collecting good money and they are successfull projects, so this things will effect neo's price.
So its best to invest in NEO than ETH?
NEO will might see a huge uprise in price as more and more ICO are coming on the platform. Remember what happened with ETH during ICO time? 
NEO is more preferable for me, i like everything about this coin, from the web site till the technology and idea. Thanks to eth for alts bounties and projects developing
I see a lot of potential in NEO. it can show significant growth in value, especially in case of mass adoption of that blockchain.
Yes, NEO has more advantages compared to ethereum, I do not know what you think about neo, but I'm sure neo have better quality and potensAlthough I am not sure which advantages you are talking about, I like NEO. However, I cannot yet choose one of these platforms as it seems to me both are great. I am waiting that Ethereum platform will have some changes soon.
Neo in the near future should catch up with the cost of the eth or at least equal to it. I'll give my vote for Neo, he has a much higher growth potential than the eth, firstly it's China and a huge sales market, secondly, by characteristics, it's not inferior to the eth, but costs a lot less.
I will go for ethereum, because ethereum have a big potential in the future. Also ethereum is use to many company, or exchanges now! Ethereum gets a dip but i believe it will be back soon to $1000+
Both are so low right now. I think ETH has so many projects and is broader overall that's its bound to rise again. NEO is also very promising. I don't think you can go wrong with either of them.
I like ETH ,but whatever Neo also good...haha.... I choose both, I often invest to ICO, so ETH or NEO is good for me.
At this time its better eth but who will ever know that NEO would comes up and become one of the strong contender for eth. We can see that NEO has a good platform and slightly improving.
eth must be better now, more comunity low cost fee to gas, and many project ICO using this platfrom.
I prefer NEO because NEO is Ethereum but with a specific purpose: to enable a smart economy. Ethereum is just a platform to enable entrepreneurship, innovation, and development — the direction it goes is up to those individuals building on Ethereum. NEO has a direction; it is shaping its platform with a goal in mind.
I think both have value but I believe ETH will be worth more. Such a large platform with so many ICOs. However, Neo from day one wanted to be compliant with China. This could lead to amazing growth if the platform can actually deliver.
From the past point, the aggregate cost of ETH is constantly one tenth of the aggregate cost of BTC, however the adjust has been broken as of late, so I think ETH still has some space to rise

Which do you think is better and why?
Ethereum has a higher rate than the NEO. so much has been the focus of attention to Ethereum. but I myself am more interested in NEO. because the development of NEO is also quite good and gradual. I think NEO will be better in future, but there is no doubt decentralisation issues within their platform.

currently, I am Opting to Ethereum because many people prefer Ethereum because it can invest in the long term, let alone Ethereum can transact quickly and have good potential in comparison with NEO,,
