I do not see any problems with EtherDelta security, but I always prefer to use centralized classic exchanges, which is more convenient for me. Using Etherdelta is expensive and transactions take a long time.

I think that etherDelta already goes to the background, because there is already forkdelta and idex, which provide almost the same opportunities.

Peer to peer could be an option. I think that there are already some projects out there to make decentralised exchanges. I have used etherdelta in the past and this time I was not caught, but it is really bad when a decentralised exchange that prides itself on giving keys to users gets hacked trough the backdoor.

Forkdelta's user experience is not much better than EtherDelta, the same not fluent, the same delay, the same high gas costs, I am looking for a better to the Exchange.

there may be lots of altcoin trading there allowing so many processes and ultimately many constraints and time delays, probably because of the many obstacles they issue a new one to forge that is: ForkDelta.

Issue about Hack is one reason why people now dont want to trade on ETHERDELTA and I think another option and you can try is FORKDELTA its the same concept or just wait for the coin you hodl to be listed on other and and big Exchanges most trending exchange now for ERC20 token is IDEX.

I think you can avoid this incident by making sure that you visit the true website. As for my friend he want to access etherdelta but it leads him to a not trusted site and still he import his id and thats what happen all his assets lost. Also there was an incident about the interface of etherdelta that its not userfriendly and instead you input for the amount you input it on the price and you sold your thousand tokens in just an amount of .000001 eth. Better avoid this issue and always read and with the presence of mind also.

The best thing you can do is to use Metamask. If you are using Myetherwallet, you can import it to Metamask to avoid compromising your private key. You can also use ForkDelta platform and IDEX as an alternative platform for Ethereum tokens. Make sure that you don't import you main wallet. Create a new wallet that can only be use for trading purposes.

You're wrong, don't rely on metamask it just only avoid phishing sites. There are people who uses metamask but recently their token are gone in etherdelta so i dont refer this thing as the "impossible got hack" thing.

There's no safe thing in the internet as long as you've not entering some suspicious sites.
