Actually for running ETH price I am also very astonished not only ethereum but whole crypto market price is very surprising .But as a ethereum it's really noticeable laat year in this time ETH price was 1000usd + but today 155usd so it's really unbelievable.I am totally speechless.

I think it's because of Freezing era of ethereum , They thought it would come in the end of 2019 but seems like its come earlier and mining Eth is not profitable with this price , Now miners are not interested in mining Eth like before.
I remember the time when ETH has not decreased at all and moreover it has increased x2 for the half of hour and it was my best moment in my last career. Now and am working with BTC more than with ETH and I am glad to do it because its stability is good and growing valuable is god as well.
