Both coins are good, but I think ETH is the best choice, and maybe there are some people who do not agree with me, ETH is my favorite coin besides BTC, all options in your hands are potentially good to invest, but I still recommend to ETH.
Ethereum have a great future I think than ripple's , especially now I think a lot of projects to choose based Ethereum for smart contract , but ripple's certainly not much I like coin because banks control a lot !
We all saw that some days before Ripple tooks second place overcome of Ethereum. Most token or project support ETH blockchain
Of course, ethereum and ripples are competitors in the cryptocurrency market, but only if we take into account the capitalization race. But in all other respects, these coins are very different and rearrange very different fields of activity in the cryptocurrency market. But as an investment this is a practical best of the best. Many people start to invest in Ripple instead of Ethereum. These 2 giants are fighting for the second and third place in the list. What do you think is wise to invest to?

I have more faith in ethereum than a ripple. Though ethereum was released at the market in 2015, it shows better prospects, than Ripple. Ripple is already almost 7 years at the crypto market and still is in top 10 altcoins, but I don't see that serious development.
Many people start to invest in Ripple instead of Ethereum. These 2 giants are fighting for the second and third place in the list. What do you think is wise to invest to?

In my opinion both cryptocurrencies are promising despite the fact that have great difference in its technology . eth blockchain is decentralized and its great demand among the companies ico to attract investment capital. Technology xrp is centralized and it is a great solution for banks.
Ethereum is far better than ripple, Ripple look just like pump and dump coin, while Ethereum have some proven works and it is generally accepted.
I also think that because ETH is still the best even though ripple always get pumps but it doesn't guarantee that ripple will be better than ETH because both are very different and ETH like Bitcoin is a lot of coins under them but still wins in popularity.
That is not a hard decision. For my opinion - Ethereum is always a good idea for holding, because it show very good history of returning price. Sure that this time Eth also will show an awesome recover and rs will be glad.

One is centralized, while the other is decentralized, but both will surely give profit in the long run. Ripple has got a good and active theme, ready to take it to much greater height. The coin saw a good ATH, during the last bull run and the same thing was applicable to Ethereum, but both eventually dumped during the bearish market. My believe is that they can both give good profit. Ripple of Ethereum?

Both coins are great and have the potential of becoming great coins in the future after bitcoin. I will go in for ethereum because of its potential of becoming great coin next to bitcoin. Its a promising coin indeed.
I would choose ETH, because I like this project better than Ripple. It seems to me that ETH is much safer and more interesting.
I believe that ETH is a more promising coin and so I invested in Ethereum. I think in the future ETH will restore its value
I just would prefer to invest all in ethereum. Ripple don't has perspective for me in general. Ethereum would be so good in 2019 and it is the reason to invest in.

I am always in favor of Ethereum as I prefer to buy crytpo currencies and. Ripple is not really crypto currency. It is the Trojan horse of the banks to siphon money from blockchain investors to get their hands on things like Ethereum basically for free.

I would take Ethereum from this position because of acceptance of other cryptocurrencies that are available in platform. Also really easy to make smartcontract and create it on ethereum bc, xrp giving opportunity to use it and protecting by the banking system which also not that bad, but still ethereum possibilties are bigger Ripple of Ethereum?

I choose ripple over ethereum which wasn't my opinion at first but with the recent updates of partnerships taking place in the ripple project, I see more successful people coming from the ripple community so I will join them.

Ethereum is a much better investment over Ripple. Ethereum has a much higher daily trading volume and a overall bigger user base. A lot of crypto enthusiasts dismiss Ripple for being a centralized coin as well. It is sometimes referred to as the banker's coin because of the connection to the central banking system. I would stick with decentralized cryptos like BTC and ETH.
So, in my opinion, ripple would be good for long term holding. If you ready to wait for the rise, you could to invest in ripple. Ethereum just better for short term.
