I remember the original for Bitcoin.  IMO you have too much data with yours; needs codification.

I have a "huge" todo list.. just don't know where to start first.

huge+1 item -> add coin filter or its MHS given a coin not only the algo Smiley

I was waiting for someone to make a mining hardware comparison.   Grin

Haha, it's been around for a while now.

Need to update it as soon as possible though..

Hello?
Does this OS have full headless boot; no dummy plug required?

It does, my windows setup does as well.

Is a driver thing, not an OS thing.

Anyway, it should work without a monitor attached.

hi, is it normal taht the system doesnt boot to the Ubuntu desktop? I see every time when im pluged to the internet it stucks at ACPI -OK or Restoring resolver State...

When I restart it's starting to the desktop...

And the hashrate is 10-15 mh on the r7 370? the local.conf maybe wrong setted?

Get help:http://paste.ethosdistro.com/abisosomev

o i get this here now:
http://paste.ethosdistro.com/wubokoyehi

Core seem a bit high, but its working. If you want Tech support, come by IRC, i'm pretty sure someone that can help you, can get to you much faster there.

is it Sapphire R9 NANO 4GB HBM Memory 4096Bit AMD Radeon DX12 better gpu card for ethosdistro ? is it supported ?

Afaik it works just fine on Ethminer, so it really should be. Its a very nice efficient little card, albeit not cost effective. It's honestly not a card we see often, however. You could drop by IRC and ask around.

I am very interested but I have rigs with combinations of multiple 7990's, 280's and 7950's, always around 10 GPU's per rig. Will EthOS detect and use all of them?

Which OS are you on now? I have not seen more than 6 GPUs on linux.

I am using your ethOS with 7 MSI R9 270x cards (MSI Z87 GD65 mainboard)

I am on Win 8.1
I am counting GPU's, not cards. So a 7990 is 2 GPU's

Can ethOS identify 6x 7990 GPUs that means 12 GPUs ?

p.s I already bought ethOS to support them but i didn't have the time to install it  Undecided

I have seen a user identify 2x 7990s. I am not sure about 6x 7990s. You should try it and report back.

I think this ethOS sounds like -the- solution for my new Ethereum mining project.

Just bought 4 new Radeon R9-390X2 and thought I would need at least 16GB+ ram
and a massive MB with i7 CPU for 2 cards. (x2)
Can ethOS do the job in this case? 2 cards on a older MB  (K9N 2core) with just 2GB ram and ethOS?
This would save a lot of money! And less frustration, took me a lot of time running first Rig and
it doesn't seem to be easier with my Devil 13's so far.

Should be no problem. ethOS runs just fine on a 5 year old sempron.

I would not do 2GB ram only because of the DAG file, takes much longer to make. Do 4. The R9 390's are a solid choice (they do 31MH/s once overclocked and proper settings in the miner are applied). Although depending on price the 270X is also not bad as it does 15MH/s and use much less power, then again depends on price per gpu.

Good to see Ethereum is getting more and more services and projects around it.  Smiley
