i'LL answer most od your questions in one go.

!) you need to have the newest version of the wallet, there where numerous upgrades and hardforks to keep it goin
(thats the initial resaon, why we began to think about a swap)the newest version for V2 for moving is 2.0.3 and
ANY OTHER VERSION will not work at all.

2) use the chain from http://chain.blockpioneers.info/erc/explorer.php
they are trusted partners from the Flycoin crew

3) erc V3 network is running smooth, keep mining ;-)

My wallet is also stucked. Sent coins to coinswap server does not appear. More than an hour later.
Staking is active, but transactions get conflicted.

We need more online nodes.

If everything was done correctly all you have to do is wait.

They write that they only swap on mondays. From my own experience they do the swap more often but expect the coins by monday.

quick check for everybody
(many here asked the same, so lets summarize)

1) have a woring erc v2 wallet
2) have a working v3 wallet
3) on swapserver, press "account"
4) save your v3 address there
5) press "deposit"
6) press to regenerate a fresh address and copy it
7) use this address, to go to your ERC v2 wallet and use the copiedaddress, to send your coins
9) lay back an wait, latest to receive your coins is Mondey
10) enjoy!

i got two connections, downloaded chain from the link of the top of the page so i'm not behind but no new blocks coming in. all my ballance is in stake instead of spendable. block 1080208

Client says: out of synch. synchronizing to network ~4142 blocks remaining.

How many connections you others have?

I did send a few coins to coinswap server to see if it arrives.
I think we need more online nodes. Due to coinswap, traffic may be larger than it was before.

We are taking care of our users, ALWAYS, try to think first and then trade in future:

we can't fix, you having paid a to high price, just because you didn't read and get informed, before trading.
BUT we are working on a way to recover those coins, you may have lost by sending them somewhere else
and burned them.
This will be a bunch of work and checking by hand for us, so expect it to need some time to get it done.

Bittrex is Version 3 and Bleutrade is still on V2. The 2 versions are not compatible.
Treat it like 2 different coins that each have same name.

What you've done is burned the coins. Coins can not be recovered.
