That's the point. All the experiments that seem to prove that evolution is real, are cause and effect things. They are done by people, otherwise they wouldn't be experiments. People are the cause, and the effect is whatever it is.
But way beyond that is the fact that all the things that people do are caused by whatever caused them to do them. So, evolution is cause and effect stuff. But since the description of evolution includes stuff that doesn't fall into the class of C&E, evolution is false. It's as simple as that.
