If they have a reasonable price - I'd immidiately sell any token, as we see today - the most important thing for crypto is the right timing of coin selling and not overwaiting.
I prefer to keep the coin at least 2-3 months after the listing, I think that during this time the price should grow.
I don’t know where such statistics come from, 80% of projects after entering the stock exchange fell in price within 1-2 months by 50% -80% of their original value. With your strategy, you must be in deep minus, or your post is made for the sake of the post.

at first i was blaming those that was issued airdrop coins and started dumping it not untill i now released that most of those airdrops are nothing but shit just imaging that i will registered for airdrop and you will be given 40000 coin and it won't worth upto 10$ and some won't even being in exchange at all so i don't see and reason to keep a coin that does not have any good future.
No coin has ever repeated the history of bitcoin. And the odds are very small that the coin will win the first places and move the giants of the crypto currency. The higher the coin in the rating - the less chance that it will ever leave its rating.
Everything depends only on the project, but in most cases, of course, I will sell and buy something more promising. Especially taking into account the price of tokens now.
I always leave a few coins. And if the value does not grow for several months, I already sell coins. But some I have already more than a year. 10% approximately leave for myself for the future.
I cannot afford to exchange the tokens I have currently. The token is in a very deep dip and I imagine what I will get if I make the attempt to sell the coins. I intend to hodl the coin and sell later.

Practice shows, as soon as the coin comes to the exchange, its price is coming down! So I'd better try to sell all the stuff at once!

I prefer to hold like 40% of coin that promised airdrop because of the profits from the airdrop but I will sell 60% because the coin may drop further in price when the airdrop program starts.

i think i would hodl. i feel safer somehow when i do less movements regarding my crypto. the more in peace it lays, the better for my conscious 
In my opinion, both depends on you the investor whether you'll exchange it or hold it for sometime.
In my opinion if the coins has a price and can satisfy your needs you can trade it and if you don't satisfy the price of your coins just hold it and wait for the right time to sell it.
i would hold it because most coins will go up in value over time then i would exchange it for a more valuable and stable coin and then hold on to that and hope that one will increase in value over time.
I would certainly exchange it for a more useful coin. There is no point in storing useless coins. It is better to exchange for a stronger and more promising coin.
Most of the airdrop I get were not more than $5 so I dont see the valueable reason to exchange them including the fees value, lol. I`m just holding those, around 45 different tokens for now
