In my opinion, the important thing is the feasibility of the project. If it is a good project I will keep it and sell only when the coin reaches the desired price. If it is a bad project I will sell as soon as possible.
A lot depends on the value of that coin at that particular moment and also the potentials of the coin.. It is imperative you do a whole lot of research about a particular project. I don't exchange airdrop tokens because they're usually always too small to make any difference and most time ends up as trade/gas fees.

I think you should hold it when you received token with current market. Usually, price lower than ICO price. Bounty hunter flip their token and get money before price drop.

that is really important bro. we need to hold tokens if we have a future target of that token. in bear market people really want to sell everything. but while everyone still continue selling we need to collect these gems with low prices. surely we need to do our research before holding. you need to see some future roadmap and exciting news. they will cause really good pump in next bull market.

In my side, I will sell once that coins have an price to an exchange. But it depends on the quality of the project if we need to dump or not. If you felt that is a good ICO/Project just hold and believe but if its not just sell at you wanted price. It is up to our strategy, We have own strategy if how to handle the coins or situations.
I think it's better to see the potential of the token. If the token has a very good potential You can hold a coin. And we must continue to monitor the development of these coins when prices are already high and could sell them immediately. I am sure that each token will surely grow, so you should still hold the coins.

Know the potential of that coins first before doing anything. If the that coins has a great potential, you better hold it and wait until the price rise up and up.
I think the thought of getting good coins from airdrop has changed now, most airdrop of nowadays are fakes but if you still have some tangible one and you trust the idea behind the project, I will advise you to hold it till the condition of the general market change.
I suggest to hold, as we know that market conditions are dropping so that holding when the market is dropping is a good and profitable thing in the future, the important thing is to always be patient.
One thing is sure, I'm always advocating for long term holdings. Except a coin doesn't have prospects, or one isn't too sure with it, then I think that it is only best that anyone investing in a coin should be looking at holding it for a long term. from my experience, it pays best than short term investments.

You can hardly get much airdrop that will cover the transaction cost of moving them to an exchange with a profit after selling them. The few tokens I received from airdrops are in my wallet and none of them is worth as much as $5.
I try not to sell but only to accumulate, many times of course regretted it when I could sell at the peak, but did not do it( but now is not the best time to sell, all altcoins have fallen in price.
