Hold the coins you trust they can increase the price. If the coins you can not be sure about their project, sell them. Even if it does increase later, do not regret it. Be sure about the information that you have

Don't hold airdrop coin's because majority of the time airdrop coins are not potential for the future. It is best to sell it as soon as possible. Because it wil be sustained a few months. Than it will be scam or going to zero worth. I have never seen airdrop coins price big increasing.

It all depends on the level of quality of the token, if the token has good potential for the future, I hold it back and wait until the price rises, but if the potential is not good then I choose to sell it.
Depends on the particular coin, for example those that dumped ont too early would have felt really bad when it hit 10$.. So its a personal choice stuff

it really depends on what coin i got. if the value of the coin that i got is high, i would sell it if i need the money. but if the value of the coin i got is low, i will try to hold it for like 2-3months and it increases the price i will sell it. 
If it is a penny drop I hold for the future as the transaction fees are higher than it`s value. If you want to
make a good decision you have to do a research on the project it has potential or it is just a copycat.

You will split into two types of deals. If the coin which is slow growth and low development, you should trade them coin high growth rate then you keep it you can choose
