i have many coins and tokens i am holding them for long term.

I think you should hold it because in future it get more benefits and i think after two or three years you should exchange it....
if you look at what is happening now on the market! then advice as it seems to me one - to keep a coin and not to sell it until the market is recovering! 
Just have to hold while the market is down, slowly start to sell when it goes back up at different price points.

Well, having a free coins in Airdrop is good also. And if I were asked about this, for me i will exchange it if it has a great value but if it is not i think its better to wait and take a risk until the value rises up. Though taking a risk is hard to do but sometimes if you wait for the right time it will become more profitable.

I would exchange it since there is no way to tell if the coins will be doing very well in the years to come. It is better to exchange them to a better trusted coin than to wait and watch the price fall. Waiting for the value to rise up is a big gamble since the value of the coins tend to plummet after they give out the coins for the airdrops and bounties due to people selling their coins.
