I will definitely hold whatever coins I have as the market is bear now and the price is not so good to cover my losses... So stay down and wait for market is my only option for I have out of fiat to accumulate more coins.
I personally do not directly sell tokens obtained from the bounty or when I invest I always hold the tokens that are obtained until they meet the target that I set and when it is reached I immediately sell it. maybe my target when selling is ico or higher
You are satisfied with the current price, sell it. If the price is too low, do not sell. Either way, it depends on your decision.
Yes we have to take different decision about difficult coins. To me I am holding ADA and I consider it as good for investment, therefore I have decided to hold it for some time. My be I will continue holding it for next few years, because still I think that ADA has a very bright future.

Maybe try to research first before doing anything because if you didn't do so you may regret in the end because you have no knowledge on what is the proper way to done on that certain coin or token. It is hard to predict the value of it because it is too volatile and researching maybe serves a way to predict it a little bit. Try to understand and read carefully what is written in your project maybe it will enlighten you.
When there are tokens from the Airdrop, I will keep them waiting for them to rise. I believe in that because of my participation in the Airdrop, I have researched and selected carefully.

Some token that i earn from airdrop still on my wallet. Its happen because that token dont have market to trade. But if that token having market, maybe i will convert it to other altcoin immediately

You can sell half of it, just like you do on bounty, or you can sell all of it, airdrop receiver is in a hurry to sell their shares because they all know that everybody is in a hurry to sell their shares, so you could be too late if you take more time or hold it and wait for the price to go up.

coins received from airdrop, I immediately try to sell, as they may not have value in the future. Of course, if they have some value, if not, then on the wallet and wait until they have value for sale.

actually save in exchange it is not a great option. then if I become you, then I will choose hodl it in wallet first. But also, have seen the coin does have a future or not. If it does, then it should sell only.
