It depends on interest on the project to hold or sell airdrops., and if the airdrop is from a project that i will invest then i will definitely hold, else i sell off and move on.
If tokens price is showing good dynamics and price seems to be reasonable for you - sell it without extra thoughts, believe me, that's the best possibility you can get; waiting too long to make an ideal trade is very risky.
Exchange them or leave them dependent on several factors! if it is a large amount, then of course it is worth exchanging them as the coins are delivered in a very easy way. Another very important factor is the team, advisors, product and capitalization.

I continue to hold my coins, obtained through participation in airdrops. Since I am confident that this solution will be much more profitable and more efficient. if you ask me i prefer to exchange than to hold. its not the right time to long time investment because market goes down.

I would definitely hold my coins/tokens from airdrops since mot of the amount of the airdrops are minimal, so its better for me to wait until the coins can fetch a good amount and value. I cant worry a thing since its just free.

It all depends on the value of the project and market trends. If projects like Mfchain could do airdrop, which is unlikely, I will gladly hold because of the benefit and potential behind the project, it's preferable to invest. Usability is what drives value behind a project. 
I thought to hold all coin for raises 4-5 mounth ago but now I lost a lot of money from coins of airdrop so If you catch a good chance. You should use this chance in that because You can't find again same chance in this really variable market.
No one will guide on this current situation of the market because the price is kept increasing and decreasing in the market which we cannot able to predict whether to hold or sell. One thing i can assure if you bought the Bitcoin at the high price it is the good option to hold it.

Once I got my coin from my airdrop I used to hodl it because when you got your coin in your airdrop there is no value yet, you still need to wait for the value of it before you can exchange it and if you just do nothing with your airdrop then you will just get it with low amount but if you have refer many then you can earn big.

It depends, if you get a huge amount of tokens you can exchange it quickly, but if not hold it until the price rises. Make sure that you sell it at a high price or exchange it with a high price so that you will gain huge profit.

It depends on the market situation i think if the token or coins have high value in the market much better to sell it already and if the coins is not in good value i think its better to hold and wait until value rises up.

It depends upon my research if the coins I hold have a good potential in the future then I will hold it until the price hit to the top but if I notice that the coins is no longer valuable in the market soon then I will sell it once it appear in the market. 
I would not sell any coins now, they are bad or good, it doesn’t matter, the market is bearish and the prices of all coins have dropped to their lows, I think that we need to wait until the market goes to the top and then think where to sell.
It all depends on the project which involved. I would advise to always leave some coins for the long term. It is possible that the new coins will begin to grow with great speed. And the part of coins that you sell should last you for life.
