Still depends on the project, but majority of airdrops are shit coin they hardly get into exchange and if they do they got dump very quickly in my over 50 airdrop only 3 or 5 coins managed to get into major exchange, some managed to get into etherdelta but there is no buy order you will have to wait for buyers.

If you could get a tokens in airdrops,really i can say that you're the one who become lucky. Because,usually there's a lot of promising that they made while you're joining in airdrops,but they really usually failed to distribute their promising tokens. Many participants are really wasting their time while participating on that aidrops activities.

Of course we need to exchange it and turn that coin into another coins like ethereum ripple or stratis, but it depend on you if you don't believe with that free coins maybe you just need to exchange it as soon as possible.
Hi, After got reward from airdrop or bounty, almost time i hold it to get high price. But for useless coin or useless token, i sold it immediately.
I think that at a time like this where the market is very bear and so many people are complaining and many projects are dying off at the exchanges,it is very important to exchange all your tokens that do not have enough strength to tokens that are far more established so that through that you will not lose much in case the weaker token finally gets died off which is very likely to occur in a market environment like this
