Dear Sirs of EXMO,

I contact us because I have waiting a month for solve my ISSUE with the WITHDRAWALS from my EXMO Account. (Tickets 310158, 333286, 310637).

One of this tickets marked solved when isn't done.

I wrote to everybody and I wrote to de ADMIN Ivan Petuhovsky. Anyone can't say me nothing? Is too difficult? Not only me, for all the customers we must receive a good answer of this horrible service.

What is happening with EXMO? Anyone can't BLOCK the money of other people like that.

No more late this next Friday, I want a resolution.

I have several SEPA withdrawals (CryptoCapital SEPA, MoneyPolo SEPA, Reiffeisen SEPA), as well as a Visa/MasterCard withdrawal, which all have the status "Paid" for weeks. The oldest being from December 23, 2017.
Please kindly email me when excatly you wired these withdrawals and to whom.

Hello, I'm having trouble making a withdraw from exmo to cryptocapital!

Each time I try to do a withraw I always receive an error message, this is the the message: Error 10326 (CryptoCapital PLN).

I already created a support ticket with number 334408 but no one answers me?

Exmo can you help me!

We sent the inquiry to our sms center, they will check what the problem is.
If you want, we can disable two-factor authentication.
For it you must write an e-mail to [email protected] from the e-mail address with which you created your account.
Please, write the numbers of wallets with which you filled your account and make a high-quality screenshot that shows that you entered each wallet, as well as each transaction ID.
Also the terms of this transaction must have been done not less then 2 days ago.

Hi, dramarally3  my problem in not with sms or two-factor authentication. for me the problem is when i withraw to cryptocapital i get these error

If there are technical issues why don't you inform us about them?
When someone is expecting transactions to work fast especially Ripple, this is very frustrating for someone that trading is his food.
I am developer myself. I know there can be technical issues but at least you need to inform costumers.

Your funds was returned that you have made 3-4 days ago. For another transaction you need to wait as well. Because Withdraw on Mastercard/Visa can take up to 3 days.
