20th of January I did a transaction (WAVES) to my wallet at EXMO.com. But I didn't receive my coins! Then I created a support ticket and started to wait. 23th of January my problem was reported to EXMO technical department. And till now I don't have any replies and my problem is not solved! I made a 7600 XRP deposit January 5th - One month and one day now. The deposit has not been credited to my account.

I opened a support ticket (308719). They replied asking me for the transaction info (which I gave them all they needed in the first time I opened the ticket). After that, no answer.

January 5th Ripple was priced 3.32 . Now it is priced 0.63 . I lost 80% of its value waiting for this deposit to clear. Or 20.4K USD.

Not cool.

Dear Exmo Team;

Almost one week you did not deposit my 2500 XRP in my wallet and I lost so much because you even did not give me a chance to exchange my coins in your platform.

Instead of automatic e-mails, as customers we deserve respect. If people trusting and using your platform, you must be reliable too.

Maybe there is technical failure, we understand this but you can just inform people about the actual status of the coins. I even do not see my coins in transaction history as verifying.

Just say 'up-to xx/xx/xx date, it will be fixed and we will inform you' . People are not beggar for their own money and we do not have to send you e-mails everyday.

On Jan 12 I've attempted to withdraw 0.152601 ETH (0.142601 due to 0.01 cut due to fees) from my EXMO account to a contract address, gas wasn't enough so transaction failed.
Funds have been reverted to Exmo address and never came back inside my account.
