EXMO is scam. Many people have problems with eposits and withdraws every time. The exchange periodically holdes deposits, explaining this with technical works.
What happened::
I asked for a XRP Withdrawal on 01.02.2018 15:42
In my Transactions history, the status says Paid:

I opened a support ticket 359709 on the same day. Never got any response.
Just in case you wonder what is that 24.98 xrp, it was a withdraw test who, actually, worked fine and made me secure about doing the following transfer. The same day exmo went on a big maintenance, so i was not left without hope, but sadly after more than 7 hours of maintenance : NOTHING. I'm not new to crypto, so yes i guarantee you that i entered the good address and destination tag. I always copy/paste, triple check and make sure that everything matches. I tried to find my transaction on xrp explorer but the transaction does not even exist. If you want any other details/proof just ask me for more screenshots or whatever. And if you EXMO are reading this, please solve this problem and give me money back.

The problem is that in trading, time is money.
When you pretend to build a business dealing with people money you cannot be "slow sometimes", the service must be perfect. And if there is a problem, you first inform all users and fix it as rapidly as possible. If you are overwhelmed, you go offline, put all team resource on problem fixing and come back only when everything is ok.
Ignoring support tickets, ban users because they ask help, hide identity ... that's not the right way to do and I really hope that when this business will mature all these shady exchanges will die.
I have never had the smallest problem with Bitstamp. So it is possible to build high quality exchange.

I transfered 61.31853900 XRP from Bitstamp to Exmo on 1/2/2018 10:48. This money never arrived in my EXMO wallet. I contacted the support, no answer (tickets 359135 and 360621). I have complained on chat and I have been banned (so they read the chat but don’t bring support).
During night from February 1st to 2nd, they stopped the website for maintenance. I was hoping it was to fix all broken transfers. But in the morning my money is still not here, so it is not simply a technical problem.
Even if they finally transfer the XRP, it has already lost 40% of its value.

relax my friend, i had issues with exmo many times
sometimes it takes time until they fix the problem, but forsure they re not scammers...they re just slow sometimes
Just don't work with exmo anymore. Just don't do it with your money. I'm tired of it. I've been working with EXMO for half a year. I'm also working with many others exchanges. Everyone had problems in Dec/2017 due to the huge interest increasing in cryptocoins, however everyone is putting their shit together except for EXMO, they don't have support anymore and still with the same problems. I'm done with it. Do the same.
