I made a LTC withdrawal, but the status stuck at verifying.

Hello,

I transferred 1600 USD to my EXMO account by wire transfer on 11.12.2017

It still never showed up in my account!! It normally takes at most 5 days for the transfer.

I have 2 open tickets about this issue but nobody is responding! tickets: 260890, 232400. Support chat does not even work...

It has been more than 30 days and I can't get any info about where my money is...

Not arrived since.. They do not respond to the support tickets. If I write to a chat, they will open a new ticket.

Thanks Exmo , Got verified and same time Tech support handled my Vanished withdrawal too and paid to me .
All those who waiting should get their funds too , as i think exmo simply overcrowded and backlog of tickets .
How did you contact them? My ticket is much older than yours and it is still not solved. My 15 ETH withdrawal still not received.

I am waiting for verification of my address and identity from 1/1/2018 without any progress. Also ticket was created (299048) - no answer yet.
Where is the problem? Such verification time is not acceptable!

Such response time is not a good sign of your trustfulness. I wonder what about transaction transfer time if verification is such a problem.

I understand you are really overload, but how long customers usually used to wait for full verification? How long for the identity and adress verification and then, how long for agreement verification? Few days/weeks/monts? Approximately? I need to know this information to plan my arbitrage trading next steps and decisions.

This site is a SCAM!!! First they will have no problem taking your money and then any time you try to withdraw it will be a big hassle for days while they play with your money before finally if ever sending the withdraw. They refuse to give tx id's with withdraw so they can hide how they are just keeping your money and gambling with it until they feel like releasing it.

Now after all these silly issues from this more and more sketchy site. They set up my sms verification, everything works to get it set up including me getting a text to confirm it works etc. Then as soon as i log off, next time i try to log in i see there is no button to send an sms and surprise surprise no sms is ever sent. The pathetic online "support" wont do anything to help and tries to get you to just wait longer. Don't worry we will just use your money for a few months while you get even more pissed off. . .  This is essentially criminal behavior and all need to be very careful dealing with these scammers.



They have effectively stolen my entire account by locking it behind this broken sms verification scam they know doesnt work. . . When you try to get them to send you a text manually or to shut off the obviously broken sms verification scam thing they tell you to email support@exmo, then the email support never will get answered if at all maybe for months and months while these criminal scumbags play with my money and screw me over for trading while there is any good chance.

Frankly it isnt surprising exmo is being attacked constantly online and off. They keep scamming people like this and they have no idea when they do it to someone with the ability to attack them back to the days of dial up. . .
