Hi Exmo,

I am waiting for verification of my address and identity from 1/1/2018 without any progress. Also ticket was created (299048) - no answer yet.
Where is the problem? Such verification time is not acceptable!

Such response time is not a good sign of your trustfulness. I wonder what about transaction transfer time if verification is such a problem.
Please act and solve my verification as soon as possible.

I tried to withdraw 0.021956 BTC today from EXMO wallet to another wallet. But got this error message:
Error 10403: Your transaction confirmation is less than 20, the withdrawal is temporarily unavailable

What does it mean?

I never faced such issue before in my 4 years with exmo , today i did a withdrawal of 300 USD and confirmation link came to my mail and i clicked it then it showed Withdrawal confirmed but then when i checked EXMO Wallet history it showed for a second and then vanished , Funds also didn't came to my registered Moneypolo account .

Please check the ticket and the withdrawal ID was

I am still awaiting for your response about my issue over 3 days now . I do not know where my money vanished . If you are running Normal mode then you should fix the issue .

3 days or one week is nothing compared to 3 weeks, EXMO is not processing withdrawals since mid December 2017, 3 weeks (!!!) waiting with no response, multiple wd issues and ticket remain unanswered

I have two pending withdrawals, one for BTC   -0.3571628 and other for BTC   -0.1

Both are stuck in verifying, I also have made a support ticket # 299156 and no replies so far,

I am hoping to have an answer here.

Normal mode? Do you think that waiting for ETH withdrawal for 6 days (almost week) and still not received is normal mode? I am your VIP client and you are not able to answer ticket or finish the withdrawal for one week?
In the history it is showing 15 ETH withdrawal as paid, but nothing was received to my ETH wallet. 15 ETH is close to 17,000$ now, so yes, I need it.

EXMO, since 19.12.2017 (already 3 weeks !!!) I'm still waiting for my BTC withdrawal which is marked as paid in your history but never appeared in the blockchain. Ticket 258176 is open since 22.12 with no response.

Since 19.12 I'm also waiting for my EUR SEPA withdrawals (very big amount) with no funds received and no response from you. Ticket 282986.

Please resolve this two tickets immediately 258176 and 282986 cause it's already 3 weeks with no response.

Funds were returned to my balance.

But now there is no way to withdraw EUR via Okpay.
When I applied for withdrawal, the fee was 0.5%.
Depositing directly at Okpay the fee is 5%.
I lost 4.5% .... (90 EUROS) ...

I hope your moto about quality of service is not just words but actually means something.....

I've been trying to withdraw XRP since 25th Dec with no luck.  I keep getting "Error 10325: Need to confirm the email".  I brought this issue to your attention on numerous occasions and have not received any reply.  Can you please unblock my account so I can make withdrawal?
