I understand you are really overload, but how long customers usually used to wait for full verification? How long for the identity and adress verification and then, how long for agreement verification? Few days/weeks/monts? Approximately? I need to know this information to plan my arbitrage trading next steps and decisions.

How did you contact them? My ticket is much older than yours and it is still not solved. My 15 ETH withdrawal still not received.

it does mean that your latest deposit of anything needs at least 20 confirmations, before they alllow you to withdraw anything else.
