Sorry to post again, but I withdrew some BTC on 20 December 2017 and still haven't received them. We are talking about almost 20 days now, can you guys do something please? Inquiry 295878 , still haven't received any response.

Both are stuck in verifying, I also have made a support ticket # 299156 and no replies so far,

I am hoping to have an answer here.

I never faced such issue before in my 4 years with exmo , today i did a withdrawal of 300 USD and confirmation link came to my mail and i clicked it then it showed Withdrawal confirmed but then when i checked EXMO Wallet history it showed for a second and then vanished , Funds also didn't came to my registered Moneypolo account .

Please check the ticket and the withdrawal ID was

Please help me about it asap , either complete this withdrawal or provide the funds back to my exmo wallet which lost here , I am guessing this might be technical issue but i expect fast resolution of this, Thank you

Hi Exmo,

I've been waiting for over 24hrs on BTC withdrawal to come through. So far the status is "verifying". Clearly an outrageous amount of time to have to wait for a BTC transfer to start!

Have been on the support chat for hours to get no response (one of your operators Stanislav Shevcov actually "joined the chat" but never responded to my question).

Ticket #299517 - I feel absolutely ignored at the moment!

I'm active on many of the exchanges but have not had this experience before!

The problem was solved and I was able to succesfully withdraw some LTC. In the end, it just seems Exmo is not able to cope with the current high demand.

Hello EXMO support...

My ZEC withdrawal has been stuck on "verifyng" status. Chat support USELESS says it's "unscheduled backloged" and they dont know how long it could take, maybe several days. Whats happening here ? This can't be a response from a serious company. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

EDIT: I got my ZEC after 6 hours. Everything ok! Grin

. Was a little scared after hearing all this problems over the last few days. However EXMO should hire better qualified Chat support representatives . Huh

It is unacceptable for any company not to respond to client requests for a month, especially if it is related to money transfers. If you lost all client funds just say so and don't waste our time, so we can take legal actions! Or have courtesy to respond and fix the issue.
