I deposited money on 12th December however as of now I have received nothing on my Exmo account.

Hello Exmo,

as you know I'm a loyal trader at Exmo since some years with quite high trading volume.
But because of the recent withdrawal problems I withdrawn nearly everything and stopped trading at Exmo (withdrawing took several days because of the known problems).

Please improve your withdrawal behaviour and also make an announcment that withdrawing is currently taking several days ("verifying") or even might end up "paid" although it is not. This does not only happen once, it happens regulary.

I will wait for an official announcment that all withdrawals are again processed in time and correctly. Only after that I will start trading again.

Actually this is the same story I described a couple of posts above: they are just marking plenty of transactions as completed but the money never leaves the exchange. I saw many of such complaints these days. This reminds me of some preparations to steal as much money as possible and vanish....

They only help clients in depositing funds only but the real scam is happening when someone is trying to withdraw the funds. They just take your money and post this "will respond in 7 days" crap!

I asked for a BTC Withdrawal on 21/12/2017 16:56.

In my Transactions history, the status says Paid (see the image):

I'm sorry to post it here, but I'm a little worried, I made several withdrawals of Ripple and one of them (the biggest ...) is still registered "in verifying" since two hours of morning. Failing to transfer it, if you could at least rebuild it on my account it would reassure me.

Hey EXMO

Please explain:

I use a strong password with my account.  I use 2 factor authentication from Google, how then did 0.22456511 BTC simply vanish from my account?  The Bitcoin address I used was in my saved addresses.  The natural next step was to enter the code for authentication of the transfer, but the query never appeared.  After the 2 factor I should get an email to confirm the transfer, which I never got.  Next should be a history of the transaction which never appeared.  If you audit my trade history you will see that my account is 0.22+ BTC short.  Your glitchy system took my money in a flash and now I am told I must wait 7 days for a response??  This is highly unacceptable.  A chat with one of your representatives, a Katerina Martynova reveals that she was able to see the "missing transaction".  Is it that a glitch in the systems designed to protect my assets has now malfunctioned and locked me, the user out, or did you take my money to pay Mr. Lerner's ransom??

Hi Exmo,

I registered recently and activate the ip validation for the login, but my isp has changed my ip now, and I can't access to my account.
I have access to my email, and I have the user/pass of exmo website and too I have access to my 2 factor authentication, nevertheless I can't have access to the ip with which I registered.

My inquiry is 252332.

Anyone else have happened? how can I solve it?

Hi EXMO team , I transferred few bch from my EXMO wallet and I got the mail for the confirmation, when I clicked the link to confirm ,the site did not respond and I got the error message that site could not be loaded .After few hours I checked the status of the transfer it is still as "VERIFYING" .can you please update me with a solution for this.when will the transfer be completed.kindly help me out guys. Im worried . It has been three days still it is VERIFYING

On the 28th December 2017 I submitted a request for withdrawal of XRP 473.267831 on to my RIpple wallet opened with coinpayments.net. Exmo confirmed the withdrawal and I also did confirm the transaction to proceed with. The withdrawal was marked as completed whereas as of now (31st December 2017 Moscow time) I didn't receive any funds in my Ripple wallet. Exmo didn't provided me TXID of the transaction performed. Support doesn't respond. I submitted 2 tickets - to no avail. Ticket #281168 and #282404. Strange is that I performed two withdrawals with them but involving smaller amounts of XRP: 113 XRP and 49 XRP - and surprisingly they were processed and completed, whereas the bigger amount transaction (473 XRP) went missing. Can you assit me on this matter? I am desperate to find any solution.

UPD. As a result of the support conversation was an automatically generated email "Your inquiry (282404) was accepted and is being regarded by our Customer Support service.
In order to add comments, please write the answer to this letter."

No clarification was provided, no wothdrawal processed. The exchange just stole my XRP and doesn't want to address this matter! Any help?

3rd January 2018. 473 XRP transferred. They just used my funds to make money but I am happy they gave the money back.

Exmo, paid for BTC on the 18th of December, says paid, sent the BTC from them, nothing hit the blockchain never got sent to other side nore did I get a TXID to track it , sat countless hours in the support chat bottom right just to get told theres nothing I can do, must wait for an Email 1 to 3 days later, im sitting now 11 days later...still nothing, what is this bullshit, do I need to go to lawyers...?

BTC withdrawal problem occurred. I made a withdrawal in the morning on December 27th. The status in the exchange is "Paid", but there is no transaction id and no coins in my wallet. Two days ago wrote to support email (ticket #269058), still no news. Please check the ticket and resolve this problem.

Has anyone managed to succesfully withdraw Waves lately?
My withdrawal is in 'Paid' status for several days, however nothing is in the wallet or on WavesExplorer.
