Yep, it's official now. And yes, it's a quite strange move because:
* Checo would have deserved a proper notice in order to find himself another team (not a high chance for that, but still)
* Yuki deserves that spot more than Liam does
* Liam is too young and there's an immense chance he will be crushed

Okay, I just found out about the teaser while checking trailers of other movies.

Warner Brothers and Apple? I think this is going to be a good movie, especially for F1 fans.

The movie release will be in July of 2025 so this is early filming while there's no race happening and I think they can invite more racers to be on the film too. It will probably add some flavor to the movie and fans of every racer will definitely watch it knowing they will be there.

There are alot of questions swirling around with Perez and Red Bull and expected during the offseason.
So there we have it on our eyes and in our ears now @LTU_btc and @NeuroticFish.
And I did also hear that Lawson is the more likely candidate to replace him as the new wingman for Verstappen.

Atleast there is something concrete that has come out regarding F1 today:
"The Crypto.com sponsorship of F1 originally agreed ahead of the 2021 F1 campaign and was set to run through the upcoming 2025 season but will now run until the end of 2030."

It seems that it may be reliable info, as quite many resources are writting about it. But it can take some time until we will see official confirmation. Maybe even until end of this year.

I don't know how reliable the info is, but I've seen at least two X handles posting that it's game over for Checo and Liam Lawson will have a seat at Red Bull in 2025, as Max' team mate.

I'm really keen on watching this F1 movie though. Grin

We have been witnessing the recording for quite a while. I hope it wouldn't be a disappointment for a guy who loves to watch Drive to Survive seasons. Roll Eyes

We have left this season behind officially. Time passes quickly. I couldn't watch every race because of being busy with work and I'm really regretful for missing exciting races as well.

This really looked like one of the most exciting seasons in the recent years. Especially for constructor championship. Congrats to McLaren on their hard work. I hope Ferrari can do more and finally win a title next season.

It's just been a week since season is over, so, even such stuff gets lot of attention. I'm not hyped about this movie as I expect that it will be typical Hollywood movie with predictable script. But one comment under video really made me laugh - even Brad Pitt got a podium before Hulkenberg Cheesy

With the season just finishing I went to Sportsbet's F1 page since it showed up on my scroll tab near the front which usually means there are markets available. Which I found strange with the 2024 campaign just ending two days ago.

To my surprise there are markets available other than the outright winners. Because as you know oddsmakers usually do this ahead of the next season for teams but for H2H it is rather nice to see them so far ahead of the start of the new season.

Just got up from a very late night out and see that McLaren are pushing Norris for this race as he is a lead above both Ferrari cars which are right behind him.
Let's see if this screen that I took just a few minutes ago will hold up in the final 10 laps of the final race of the season!

I have read that Leclerc now since it is in the last postion he can just change his engine too.
It can be a smart move to do so.

Imagine using a new engine and push it over the normal limit, cause a normal engine must complete 8 GP.
Using a gp for only 300km can be a boost of 20-30hp in the engine and in this track you can overtake.

We will see if they will change the engine.

Honestly, I did think that Mclaren would win before all of this penalty with the battery issue, but it was because I believed it was near impossible for Ferrari to get that much more points, even if there was no penalty. Penalties like this doesn't matter, Ferrari is fast enough to just drive up the ranks and Mclaren could drop as well if they do something wrong, like how Lando did last week.

So all in all, Mclaren will win the title, but not because of this penalty, imagine if both Mclarens DNF, the potential to make 21 points or more is still there for Ferrari, hell Sainz could just finish first place, wouldn't be impossible, so that is why I am expecting this race to be still close, but I do expect Mclaren to be the winner at the end, as long as they do not risk anything, and drive carefully, they should be winning at the end.

For the race now, I should probably back either Max or Norris, but what happens if Piastri actually races bets of them but then handles the win to Norris cause Norris was in front most of the race as they want to pass the finish line together to show off for the championship win? I would rage quit betting on f1 forever!

Normally I would bet on Max since among everyone with a real chance to win he is the only one truly motivated, the rest are just spectators, but even at 7.0 seems too risky, maybe just peanuts nothing big put on him!

This is shocking news to hear and I think many were not aware of which can implicate Ferrari's quest for the constructors.
But looking at the odds they still have a sliver of hope as the oddsmakers are giving them a 1 in 9 chance to take it away from McLaren in this last and final race of the season.
Barring nothing goes wrong, as it usually does in Norris's case.

As he had won on this track in succession so he is accustom to winning at the end race.

Let's see how it all plays out since this final practice is in about 5 1/2 hours from now then the qualification race a few hours later.
It surely won't be one to miss if your a true fan of the sport and to see if the McLaren @1.07x odds are really worth taking for the constructor's championship title or not.

I was curious what happened seeing Leclerc behind both Mercedes drivers in the odds, I don't like it at all!

I have no problem with McLaren winning this but if they somehow have many to screw this and Max gets the top spot and all the stars align and Perez also manages to climb up in the point area, and RB claims the second spot I'm going to quit putting even one cent on f1 ever again! Anyhow, it's still the qualifying stage, but if McLaren flops I won't ever cheer for them 20 years from now.
