For Netherlands I agree with you they will win, but for Sweden vs USA this is not easy because so far Sweden performance is very good they are unbeaten in Group
While USA hasn't played optimally in Group E only 1 win and 2 draws and this is the worst record of USA so far so Sweden can give a surprise at any time
Other strong teams Spain and Japan are waiting in the quarter-final both of them won yesterday and Japan is my concern this year.

Am quite impressed with the Japanese women team who did well to record a well fought out victory against Norway.
The tournament is also getting more interesting as I stay not too far from my screen inorder to watch how the African teams would perform in their round of sixteen encounter.
Morocco did win somehow, the S.A team did win too and have shown how they intend to progress till they lift the cup. A win for the S.A team in their next match is were we get to see how hungry they are to win the cup.

Some African countries surprised me in this World Cup, they performed very well, just imagine 3 African countries qualified for round 16 which is a great sign that their is improvement in women’s football in African countries. South African will be playing against Netherlands tomorrow which will be the first African country that will be playing in round 16, I know it’s won’t be easy for all African countries in the round 16 but let’s just hope some of them will be able to qualify for quarter final. The African teams must know that qualifying for the round of 16 isn't enough and must put more effort to get to the quarter finals and up to the final. Nigeria is best ranked African team in the tournament and I think they'll make Africa proud
South Africa is going to get the first test for the other two African countries (Nigeria and Morocco) to face the Netherland female national team and I see S.A to play like they have nothing to lose from the start. I feel the Netherland women might underrate the S.A women because they feel they have already qualify to the quarter finals but the S.A team is going to surprise the world by beating the Netherland women.

Their next opponent should be either Japan (which I see winning today's game) or Norway.

Two tough opponents in the Women's World Cup, Brazil and Argentina, have already left the group stage, in which case Spain's women's team will have a great chance to win the 2023 Women's World Cup. Spain Women's team must maintain the consistency they have shown in the group stage in the next rounds if they are to have a good chance of doing well in this tournament.

Never doubted the Japanese to get the job done after their impressive games over Spain and Zambia, and I remember someone placing a 5000/1 bet on Japan to win the mens worldcup on sportsbet and unfortunately this didn't happen...suppose on the women's side it could happen especially that most of the big names like Italy, Germany, Brazil etc have all been knocked out.
Anybody else backing Japan to win the worldcup currently sitting at ~7 odds
Norway showed resilience in the game and also made a statement with their performance that they didn't get to this stage of the competition by chance, Japan still had their way against their Norwegian counterparts. I'll be very surprised not see Japan in the final of the competition
The Norwegian women's players worked hard but could never get the attack going. However, Japan showed a strong form here as they scored goals especially through counter attacks and after many attacks Japan women's team succeeded. The balance of the players of the two teams was correct until half time, but after the half time, the players of the Norwegian team could not make any special attacks. But the Japanese team made several complex attacks that the defense of the opposing Norwegian team could not resist. And the Japan team is quite strong as it proved against the Norway team.

Spain is favourite for this cup, i see no team stopping them, winning and scoring 4 goals at first half, is something others team should be scared about. They play with so much confidence, and are unstoppable, France team is the only team seems to stop them if they meet in the semi finals. Morocco did pretty well yesterday against Colombia and they got the 3pt they needed to qualify to the next round, this qualification made Morocco the first Arab county to qualify to the round of 16. It will make them stronger to face any team that come their way.
The match between Morocco and Colombia is by far one of the best I have watched in this competition. First the Colombian fans were more than the Moroccans but fans don't play football, footballers do. To say that I am impressed with the Moroccan team is an understatement. Their male and female team have an unusual level of grit and perseverance. They usually start out as the underdogs. Funny enough, thanks to Germany, the Colombian team has been given a second chance in the competition. I hope they are able to make adequate use of it in their next match with Jamaica. Morocco vs France. Jamaica will win, it is difficult to predict who the winner would be between Morocco and France.

Morocco and France were two very promising teams but unfortunately these two teams played against each other in the round of 16 so one team will be eliminated from here. The team that survives, France or Morocco, will likely do well. But yes, Morocco has a chance to do well, it is acceptable because the Moroccan team is very smart and the womens can play very well. so Morocco is a slightly more promising team than France in the women World cup With Nigeria, South Africa and now Morocco still keeping and giving Africans hope that something good can still be done, that alone is something to be motivated about, I just wish for this African countries to do well and get into the next round, it will be a thing of joy if these 3 countries are still in the tournament till the semis.

I agree with most of your predictions. Norway is in poor form, but at least on paper they are much stronger than Japan (and let's not forget the fact that Norway finished ahead of the hosts New Zealand). And then, the Sweden x USA, and France x Morocco matches would be very interesting to watch. I checked the odds in various online sources, and most of them are favoring Japan, for their match against Norway. At this point, it is still very difficult to predict which will be the two teams who will qualify for the final.
And Japan did beat Norway 3-1.
For the final I still do not risk guessing, I will make my predictions by stages hehehe, and tell me which prediction you have different from mine? Always good to hear different opinions
Your first prediction goes according to choice, Spain managed to beat Switzerland with a big score and it was a very convincing Spanish performance. With the 5 goals they managed to score as well as other statistics in the first match of the knockout stage it shows that this was not a match of two equal teams, because Spain controlled the match from all sides.
Next, Japan vs Norway, there is no doubt that Japan is the favorite with a very convincing performance in the group phase, and they are also one of the favorites to be champions, I think even though there will be tough resistance from Norway but Japan will be able to win the match to advance to the next round.

These two matches I was pretty confident I would get the result right without any major surprises. The next ones will be more difficult in my opinion
Anyone who has no idea of the women's football team ( as most people only watch men's football), they can take the hint from your prediction, see if the odds also favor the team which you predicted and can place a bet on these matches.

I trusted Japan to win because of their good run in the first round, winning all 3 matches, including against Spain 4-0. And Norway did not have a good campaign in the cup, the team was below the level of Japan.
If possible watch some matches because it is very cool to see women's soccer evolving

The English teams seem to be relying much on Lauren. If the Nigerian technical team can be able to handle Lauren James, they can come out with a good result. If she can be stopped from making runs and striking those thunderous shots, I think the other player can be easily handled. The South African and the Moroccan female team also have good potential to win their games.

To be honest I did not use the Fifa ranking for my predictions. I spent several mornings watching the world cup games and with that I made this table of predictions
