Juventus will win Serie A as usual but they must do better in the CL or it will be failure imo. Juve are a huge club, the target must be to win the CL.

News coming so fast it's impossible to track anymore.

Dembele to United seemed almost done, now Barcelona wants him to sign a 1-year extension before allowing him to leave on loan which he does not want to do.
Tottenham trying really hard to get a centre-back, Skriniar deal seems off but now they want Rudiger. Chelsea would like to sell but not to Spurs.

Really a crazy day, I hate transfer windows during the season. I hope it returns to how it was last season, this looks like a bunch of kids playing Fifa. Give me anything that's available.

Couple of big transfer news today:

[1] Douglas Costa on loan from Juventus to Bayern Munich is done deal as it seems. (SOurce: https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1313121944523464706)

[2] Manchester United want Ousmanne Dembele for loan transfer from Barcelona but Barcelona wants a permanent deal. They also asked about Ismaila Sarr on loan but Watford also wants a permanent deal. (Source: https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1313115734822858756)

Though I think United almost have completed the move for Edinson Cavani and Alex Telles and both are undergoing medicals as I last heard.

[3] Federico Chiesa to Juventus is also done, that's one of the key player of Fiorentina right there going to Juventus.(Source: https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1313088927436288001)

[4] Guendouzi on loan to Hertha Berlin. After what happened in Brighton match, he is finding it hard to get some playing minutes. I think its a good decision to loan him to develop there in Hertha Berlin. (Source: https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1313098075116834816)

[5] Gerard Deulofeu from Watford to Udinese on loan . (Source: https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1313092286855745536)

I don't quite understand this transfer by Manchester United, after watching them concede 6 today against Spurs, I don't know how much Edinson Cavani can improve this team up front, Edinson is no longer an excellent CF, and I know he was prolly bought as a makeshift, but Martial isn't even a prolific CF, so they actually needed a complete striker and they aren't getting that.
He'll probably have a similar outcome to what Sanchez had on-field but his experience will surely come in handy for younger players of the team [they need it, even if it's for a short term].

Not sure if I should blame the Arsenal board or Lyon's but we've been linked to Houssem Aouar [few other teams inquired but Arsenal was the only one that really pushed] for the whole window and initially he wanted to join us as well but now, everything changed and he decided [a day or so prior to deadline day] to stay with Lyon [SMH].
- We really needed him since we lacked creativity in the middle.

Juventus

Rugani out to Rennes.
DeSciglio out to Lyon.
Douglas Costo out to Bayern (LOAN)

In
Chiesa?

Rugani didn't get the opportunities he deserved at Juventus.
He come out in a difficult period for him as Juventus had strong and reputable defenders such as Bonucci and Chiellini so he couldn't be a firt team player easily. He is very talented and I hope that he is going to prove his talent in Rennes even though Rennes is not a top club as Juventus.
The French league is easier for defenders as they do not play so much strong defense during the games.

Eric García wants to leave man city
He has to leave City before the window closes tomorrow, with the acquisition of Ruben Dias, Eric Garcia will get little or no playing time in peps team, and though he's young, I think he should leave the Etihad if he wants to play, Barcelona have been trying to bring him back to the Camp nou, but they just can't reach a successful negotiation with City atm. That being said, Eric is in his final year of his contract with City, if he doesn't move now, he'll leave for free next season, the thing is Barca kinda needs his services starting from this season and can't wait till then to get him for free, we'll see what happens tomorrow.
Yes, rumors that Edinson Cavani, Uruguay's top striker, will be carried off for 2 years by Manchester United in the transfer market this summer and has a very large salary of around 200 thousand pounds sterling per week.

We saw it recently - it's really hard to get a chance at a top PL club. Sancho left City because he did not want to wait and was not given any game time and was a key player for Borussia almost as soon as he joined.

Sancho took some time to develop though like a one or two season atleast but I can picture out what you are saying^^. That would be gold for Sheffield. Only thing that Sheffield have to do is to keep giving him some good amount of playing time. Rest he can fix his areas he is lacking at like linking up plays and so. It will build up naturally at one point.

Hmm so win-win for both...

If we do some background check of Marc's performance in Spain and his football age, the Marc Roca transfer from Espanyol to Munich is still a fair deal despite it a free transfer deal and I hope he can something outstanding in Munich so it will help is future stay in the club.

I've got some more FC Bayern München transfer news for you guys:

Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting is expected to sign a two year contract at FC Bayern [@Santi_J_FM]

Source: https://twitter.com/iMiaSanMia/status/1312681286646075393

BREAKING: Bayern will sign Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting and send Joshua Zirkzee out on loan before tomorrow's deadline [Kicker]

Source: https://twitter.com/iMiaSanMia/status/1312710447234252800

Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting is obviously only a backup to give Robert Lewandowski a few breaks during the season. His contract at PSG ended and the transfer look's a little bit like the transfer of Sandro Wagner a few years ago. Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting is obviously not one of the best strikers out there, but who want's to sit on the bench the whole season, while Lewandowski is scoring 30+ goals? Would Mandžukić or Götze really have been better options? I doubt it. That's why I think a two year contract while Joshua Zirkzee is on loan, could make sense.

Bayern and Marseille have reached an agreement for Bouna Sarr. No agreement yet between Bayern and the player, few details left to be finalised. Mickaël Cuisance could be included in the operation [@sebnonda]

Source: https://twitter.com/iMiaSanMia/status/1312719230459097093

Bayern and Marseille have reached an agreement for Bouna Sarr for a fee of around €10m. Bayern and Sarr are currently negotiating personal terms [@RMCsport]

Source: https://twitter.com/iMiaSanMia/status/1312725422069739521

Bayern signed Sarr as backup for Bejamin Pavard - €10m for a 28 year-old right back sounds fair to me. Bouna Sarr is a decent player, who can give Pavard a few breaks during the season against weaker Bundesliga opponents. Definetly an upgrade to last season, when Álvaro Odriozola was the backup.

All in all Bayern signed Sané, Nübel, Roca, Nianzou, Choupo and Sarr for a total of €68m. IMHO, this is damn cheap, especially Sané, Roca and Nianzou could have a huge impact on Bayern's performances this season. And who knows, maybe it's Nianzou who will outclass his opponents, like Davies did last season.

Bayern is currently looking for fourth winger, who might be Callum Hudson-Odoi or Lemar. Let's see... - it's the deadline day tomorrow and I am excited what's going to happen.

Apparently Bayern is in talks with Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting as the backup for Robert Lewandowski.

Even though Bayern fans were probably hoping for someone else, I think this rumor makes a lot of sense. Why spending a lot of money (for Kramaric Hoffenheim was demanding 40 million, for example) on a backup who probably won't play that much anyway. So better signing someone like Choupo-Moting for free. And the Champions League of PSG against Atalanta showed that Choupo-Moting still can be a weapon when coming from the bench.

Jeez, I think Bayern as European Champions can do better than Maxim Choupo-Motin. I suppose with Lewandowski as the established number one CF it might be tough to convince somebody to sit on the bench but there is a level up from Maxim Choupo-Motin.

According to skysports, it's rumored that Manchester united are close to signing Edison Cavani  who is currently a free agent for a 2 year contract.

and Edinson Cavani is a striker with a lot of experience in high-level competition in Europe and I think that will shape and help the game up front at Manchester United to be more aggressive.

So many possible clubs have been mentioned in connection with Cavani that it has almost become the biggest saga this year.
In Manchester United there is always high traffic but a small profit or a concrete result.  Grin

Cavani was a great striker but he is just a decent right now due to his old age especially that last season he was only able to score 7 goals out of 22 appearances. It was bad if you compare it to the 2018-2019 where he scored 23 goals out of 33 appearances

Either way, It could be a a good option of Striker for Manchester United to the addition to the Regular Trio of Greenwood, Martial and Rashford. There isnt that much variation for Manchester United' attack pattern so getting one experienced striker would help
