Bayern Munich apparently managed to sign Tanguy Kouassi from PSG. That's another young talent that leaves PSG and another player that leaves without any financial compensation for the French.

Last season they let Nkunku and Diaby go, both very talented young players. I don't really understand all the time what PSG is doing on the transfer market.

Maybe PSG are planning to clear a few out & then go really big to sign a few top stars. They should be doing much better in the CL considering the players they have.

Question remains that will Barcelona let him go to Liverpool with value below the amount they paid for him earlier. With the financial things they are going on I highly doubt so.
Coutinho's value has dropped significantly, and Barcelona must come to terms with that reality. When selling a player, it's his current form and value that matters, not how much the club bought him. For example if Liverpool are to sell Robertson to any team, we'll be talking about something close to 50m, a player they bought for 8m, his performances have been brilliant and no one can say the same about Coutinho since leaving Liverpool. If Barca do not intend to loan him out again or keep him, they must also be ready to accept a fee far lower that the initial 105m they paid for him.

PSG are prolly only interested in buying the best players, not making them at the moment, they want immediate success and they've got money to throw around Grin.

Right now they are giving more priority to Jadon Sancho at this point. Grealish comes next if somehow they are not able to get Sancho into the team. Both will be a good addition to the team if United gets either one of them. They a re both

btw, It seems rumours about Coutinho-back to the Liverpool more and more often and more seriously.

"Can confirm #Coutinho links to @LFC are 100% legit. Talks underway. Loan fee is not a issue. Issues are the wages. Looking postive! Senior members would welcome him back.. most players are in regular contact with him. Phil Coutinho still in one of the #LFC players WhatsApp group."

Here is a good raed about Coutinho to Liverpool: https://liverpooloffside.sbnation.com/liverpool-fc-transfer-news/2020/6/16/21292727/liverpool-fc-transfer-news-barcelona-demand-reds-pay-full-price-philippe-coutinho

Second also will Liverpool will be giving that much given the players they have? It will be interesting to see how far Liverpool will try to go in this one, because I don't think Barcelona will bend towards any kind of hefty negotiations.

hmph..
The Premier League has not yet decided when the transfer window will open, according to reports, the transfer will not open until the end of the season on July 26. However, for current option is the transfer will begin in late August or early September. In other news, FIFA also reportedly provided a response to extend the duration of the transfer to help maintain the club's finances during covid-19.

I wouldn’t want Grealish in my team (Liverpool) but he could probably get in the Man Utd team. If as expected they sell Pogba then maybe he could complement Fernandes well in midfield.

Jack Grealish is a really good player in midfield area. He is the one who has played a crucial role in building up Aston Villa in most of the attacking plays. I have no doubt about him putting 100% if gets transferred to new team.

He is one of the transfer target of Man Utd. after Grealish ATM as rumours point out. He will really be a good buy for a team with the potential he has.

as far as I understood Solskjaer statements, he in addition to quality wants to see and the desire of the players to play for Manchester United. he does not want to have disinterest players in the team. So, I guess if Grealish hasn't a priority in the carrier to move on MU, then it will not happen. it seems to me to be the biggest obstacle for Sancho's transfer to ManUTD.

Jack Grealish is a strange one, he looks to have the talent required to succeed at the top level, he plays for his home town club though, I wonder if he will shown the same passion somewhere else.

@DeathAngel in my personal opinion Grealish is definitely a Manchester United type of a player, also he fits perfectly in to the mould of the players that Solskjaer is targeting at Manchester United.

Lastly I’m not sure why you’re questioning his passion because he’s hungry to win trophies, and he also knows that he can’t win trophies at Aston Villa, hence I’m sure that he’ll be hungry for success at Old Trafford if he were to seal his transfer.

- Guardiola and Man City keen on Achraf (Dortmund).
How many right-backs have they signed since Guardiola is the manager?
Three (3): Kyle Walker, Danilo and Joao Cancelo, Guardiola likes to attack with his fullbacks, (right and left) that's why he spends much money on that position. Danilo has moved on and I think Joao Cancelo is a good back up to Kyle, City may be considering selling Joao to bring in Achraf i think, no need having three right back options. Though Joao can also play on the left (and has sometimes) so can Achraf, so they may all be options for both right and left back Grin.
- Man Utd might not continue to push for the Sancho deal with Dortmund. Next target: Jack Grealish. (source)
Jack Grealish's performances this season imo is enough to earn him a shot in a big team, every party will benefit if the deal pulls through; United get their man, Grealish goes to a bigger team and Villa make good money.

- Milik (Napolis) to Juventus almost done deal. (source)
If Juve actually pays 50M for this guy, it'll be one of the biggest robberies in the last few Serie A transfer markets.

This probably means nothing but he celebrates like "Nicolas Pépé".
- Some of the Arsenal players also did the same before his move to Arsenal.

Juventus are ready to sell Aaron Ramsey.

I would love to see him back in the Arsenal shirt if he could cut his wages.

imo Cavani can still offer quality performances at the top level and T.silva can be a good back up defender. With the virus limiting the amount teams will want to spend, they will both be good options for teams In Europe, prolly for one season or so.
I'm sure there will be issues regarding their wages.

Rumors:

  • Arsenal's swap deal of "Henrikh Mkhitaryan" for "Justin Kluivert" [source].
    - I have a strong feeling this will happen soon.
  • Arsenal is looking to sell Maitland-Niles [source].
    - I hope this happens.
  • Thomas Partey to Arsenal [source].
    - Not seeing this happening.

Hakimi definitely doesn't warrant a price like 60 million during this period, the world is in a big trouble or at least getting better nowadays and the football clubs couldn't make any money at all, there is no way any team should pay this much to get Hakimi, he is a good player and if this pandemic didn't happen and teams finished the season, some team may have paid him that much but not anymore, or at least hopefully not anymore.

However if Hakimi gets sold for 60, I am %100 sure Madrid is buying Kante with that money, he would be PERFECT for Madrid and he would definitely take them to a higher level next season. They were looking for Pogba as well if he doesn't go to Juventus, a Pogba+Kante midfield would be like a dream come true for Real Madrid and would get them so much pressure at that position against other teams.

Again, new rumors about the deal Pjanic-Arthur & Juve-Barca.
According to "Sport" Barca has excluded Arthur because "they are talking".

Both teams have now only 2 weeks to find the deal otherwise it will be too late to sign the exchange on the 2019-2020 financial season.

The exchange will be done Juventus need to score a +40m€ and Barca needs to find 100 m before the 07/07/2020 to use the clause for Lautaro.

Shocking news came from Paris Saint-Germain's Sports Director, Leonardo, who said that the two mainstay PSG players, Edinson Cavani and Thiago Silva were confirmed to leave the club at the end of the season.

Previously it had been rumored that PSG would not extend the Cavani and Silva contracts which would expire at the end of the 2019/20 season.

They’re both well into their 30’s now, it’s probably a good time to start to freshen the squad up with younger, more hungry talented. Every player has a peak & they’re probably both past theirs. Will be interesting to see who they bring in to replace them.

It looks like Real Madrid is willing to sell Achraf Hakim for about €60m, who is currently on loan at Borussia Dortmund. FC Bayern, Borussia Dortmund and Inter Mailand already made offers to sign him, but there is no decision yet.

Achraf Hakimi has offers from FC Bayern, Borussia Dortmund and Inter Milan. Real Madrid would be willing to sell the Moroccan international for no less than €60m [@fburgos4, @OndaCero_es]
