some speculations/rumors from england...

Hertha BSC are apparently threatened with the departure of top scorer Matheus Cunha. According to Sport Bild, the Brazilian is planning to leave Berlin in the summer. The striker’s next club could reportedly be Leeds United. The Premier League side had already shown interest in Cunha in the winter, which is now becoming “more concrete”.

E. Cavani remains with man united for another year

Jerome Boateng (bayern munich) has several options to play for another club next season...

Quote
But Spurs and MLS are not the only interested parties. On Tuesday, Bild confirmed a report by France Football that Boateng's former coach Niko Kovac is interested in bringing the defender to AS Monaco. Kovac hopes that Boateng could add some depth and experience to a youthful defense that is set to lose Benoît Badiashile this summer. Boateng is expected to ask for a three-year contract that is significantly below his €12 million Bayern Munich salary.

Jerome Boateng could be a good choice for Monaco. He could definitely help their defense line to be strengthened more. Boateng is 32 years old now and it is still a good age for a defender.

It will be interesting to see if boateng really is considering to go to monaco and kovac next season. I always thought that the relationship between the players and nico kovac was pretty bad during the end of his time at bayern munich. So i don't really think that boateng is so eager to go to monaco. I also read that Chelsea and Juventus are interested in Boateng which i think is more likely because he is still one of the best defenders in the world when he is fit and with 32 he is not even that old so he can still help any team in the world with his experience and his great long passes.

Salah to PSG would be something that Liverpool would consider for sure.~~~Selling him now would be a smart move.
Why? I don't think it is a good idea to sell Salah. I don't see any problem with him, Liverpool has no problem with its attacking line. Do you understand the problem in Liverpool during this season? It is about the defensive line and midfield line, so it is not necessary to change its attacking line. They need their defenders to come back again from injury and need some changes in midfielders to make the team more solidly and effective in attacking and defending. So, Liverpool is better to focus on this problem than thinking about selling Salah.
I agree with you. Liverpool's forward lineup is still strong enough. The main reason for their poor performance this season is their weak defense. It is a wise decision to sell salah to PSG. This money they will be able to spend to strengthen the midfield and defense. They need a few skilled defenders.

It would be a big mistake if Liverpool release Mohamed Salah to another team, because Salah has contributed greatly to Liverpool since 2017.
If Liverpool want to reduce the number of attackers that Liverpool have, they can sell Roberto Firmino, whose performances have decreased this season.
But rather than focus on improving the front line, Liverpool should improve the midfield and back line which this season is very fragile.

The end of the season is approaching and we are starting to get some official news.
This time it is an exit from the Juventus formation and it is the second time.
Buffon will leave Juventus at the end of the season for the second time after the 2-years ago season with PSG.
Buffon would like to play but if he doesn't find a team he will stop for good.

It's official and it's getting out in the papers.

I've heard some news before like he may go to Milan. But I guess he won't be the main goalkeeper of course even if Donnarumma leaves. Buffon is 43-year-old now. This man is really an interesting and wonderful goalkeeper. He is still playing despite his age.

btw coinlocket$, I remember you with your almost daily update about Pogba's moving back to Juventus. Is it a forgotten story? I did not hear any rumours about a possible Pogba transfer in Italy.
And then I said it was all fabricated rumours even now Manchester United had much more potential. How is everything changed... I guess Pogba will going nowhere from ManU. no one will offer him approximate terms.

All transfer market news regarding Juventus died with the news of the launch and closure of the super league.
At this point, nothing is known about anyone, this is a delicate situation.

The only recent rumors were for Donnarumma.
As for Buffon, he does it because he has it in his blood and probably because he can't say: just stop.

Buffon must be like 40 years old now? He should go to play in a lesser league that pays mega money in wages like MLS or China. Surely he can’t still be world class at his age, much better to pick up a pension in China or MLS.

40? in no way.
He is going for 44 and I must say that in any case in the few games he played in these two years he still made some level saves.
Obviously he hardly ever plays but when he was called to take the place of the goalkeeper he was always in good shape.
He could easily play in a minor league but perhaps also in top-five leagues in a low-level team, perhaps one that has been newly promoted.
We will see, even if in any case I believe that in the not too distant future he will return again to Juventus with a managerial role

I really can't understand what is he doing. One of the best goalkeepers ever, he has proven his quality long ago. Why he needs to sit on benches in his 44 years of life.
What? Does he need more money? I am pretty sure that he can find a job at Juventus as a trainer or whatever.

The same situation is with Ronaldo, his choice is very narrow, he became a burden to Juventus.

Boateng's greatness is undoubtedly because he is a defender who is tough and neat in his game.
and that will definitely help Monaco's defense get stronger, and Boateng is still a key player for Bayern this season and he can compete with young players at the back.

I wasn't following Juventus much recently, but Buffon is crazy. He still has a high level of fitness, but I don't see him outperforming others at the absolute top level. I wouldn't be relying on him in another CL final. His reactions naturally got slower. He is not a Manuel Neuer.

Zidane might go to Juventus. Nedved said that both Pirlo and Ronaldo are going to be with Juventus next season, but I doubt that will happen if they miss the CL. If they really do, ca you imagine Ronaldo playing the UEFA EL? Sam for PSG, I was surprised that Neymar extended his contract until 2025. It's all about the money, but the Ligue 1 isn't attractive. I thought both Mbappé and Neymar will leave the club.

https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/kylian-mbappe-decision-could-influence-24071437

According to Mirror, PSG will go for Salah if Mbappe decides not to extend his contract and leaves this summer. Mbappe has been linked with Real Madrid and Manchester City lately. Salah seems that he is having problems at Liverpool. He would be one of the best choices for PSG. But I'm not sure whether he can fill Mbappe's place really.
You know what shocks me the most about this type of situations? If Mbappe doesn't extend his contract, that means PSG will not be able to sell him, which means they are not going to make a profit from him, which means if they want to buy Salah from Liverpool they will have to pay a lot and without getting any revenue elsewhere. If they sold Mbappe and got Salah that would have made sense because they would have used that money instead, or maybe even have some money left, however Mbappe will not profit them at all in that case.

This tells me, if they want to get Salah and if they have the money for it, that means they can keep Mbappe AND get Salah as well. Maybe the salary situation could be a bit of a problem but I am sure they can cut it from some other players, have a worse bench or something, hell get it all youth bench but they could have salah-mbappe-neymar if they want to. These type of news literally means they can do that, but the idea of "only if mbappe leaves" is the weird part, get him even if mbappe stays right?

Actually Mbappe still has one year left on his contract. And it means that they have a chance to sell him this summer if he really wants to leave. But if they can't sell him until there are 6 months left, then it will be a big problem for PSG. They may even lose him for free.
As for the keeping Mbappe and bringing Salah part, yeah, it could be really great to see both of them at the same team. I've no doubt that PSG will be much stronger in such situation.

Salah to PSG would be something that Liverpool would consider for sure.

They need some changes in their attack, their front 3 is getting older and Salah is worth the most - so he'll be the likely victim. Sancho has been mentioned as his replacement for a while, it would be good for Liverpool.

Salah will probably go to the Olympics and will go to the African cup as well, meaning he'll be unavailable during a big part of the preseason and a month during the season. Selling him now would be a smart move.

I don't know whether the problem is related to the manager. It could be but Arsenal have been really bad for more years than Arteta's management period. Maybe they should revolutionize the squad this summer. I see many players who don't deserve to play there.
When it comes to Allegri, he could go to Juventus as Pirlo will most likely get sacked, yes.
It looks like arsenal will completely overhaul their squad next season...

from The Telegraph, there are at least five names that Arteta will release in the summer transfer market. The five players are Calum Chambers, Hector Bellerin, Alexandre Lacazette, Eddie Nketiah and David Luiz. Especially for David Luiz, the Brazilian defender's contract will indeed expire as of June 30, 2021 and it is claimed that Arteta does not want to give a contract extension to the 34-year-old defender.

The arsenal transfer market is quite interesting if we look at it, the arsenal is barren in the attack. I am curious about which player Arteta will buy with the proceeds from the sale of those five players.
there is also Germain goalkeeper Leno on the list of players to be offered for sale in the summer.
Arsenal have their eyes Rennes Midfielder Eduardo Camavinga as their main priority transfer target for this summer, getting him is step in the right decision in my opinion but there always the chance that he declines joining them as PSG are also linked with him and there is also the rsique of not coping up with the new team and new league.
Arsenal have also interest in Yves Bissouma the Brighton defender have been a fan of Arsenal and he is proven himself by already playing decent football at a high level with Brighton .

I still expect them to be in search of a top striker. And Kane would definitely be one of the best options.
They should still have the intention to find a new top striker, Cavani seems not as the main striker. There will be always a spot for a new top striker, but they will see the chance to sign the potential top striker, and I don't see Man United having Kane in the next season. There are many top clubs trying to sign Kane, I am not sure if Man United can attract Kane to join, especially Man United is also the strong opponent of Tottenham. Tottenham management won't be happy if their opponent to have their best striker.
