Great addition for Chelsea if Timo Werner is going to sign for them.
They need players in the front line and Werner is a good choice as he is fast and can score easily.
Didn't expect that Blues are going to "steal" Werner from other teams.

Bild, one of the most trustworthy newspapers in Germany when it comes to signings, just confirmed that Timo Werner to Chelsea FC is almost a done deal. (Source)

Excellent choice for Werner. He was going to be a sub in Liverpool, the guy wanted to be in the starting XI of a top club and it looks like Lampard convinced him that he was going to be a key player in the squad.

Ziyech and now Werner, almost £90 for two excellent top class players. Good job, Chelski Cool

Wow...  I never thought any transfer above 30m GBP would happen this year.  Lol.  Looks like I'm losing another bet again.

And here I thought I was hustling them for extra change.  -_-

Good signing for Chelsea to get Werner, he will definitely improve their attack. I think if Klopp really, really wanted him he would have got him. No disrespect to Chelsea but Liverpool are a bigger drawer atm especially to a German player with Klopp as head coach.

Regardless though, a great signing for Chelsea.

To be honest, chelsea has pulled off a perfect masterstroke and the signing of Werner makes chelsea from 3 a joy to watch.
Ziyech, Werner, Abraham, Pulisic if a fantastic 4 is to be considered.

As regard liverpool, i think they missed an opportunity to make their squad more formidable, and with the Nations cup coming up i hope they don't regret their choices.

Chelsea isnt't joking around this transfer

However what bothers me is why did Liverpool decide not to purchase him citing financial reasons, because they'll earn good cash from winning the premier league, and on top of that they also have a good deal with their Nike in place, hence I’m really surprised why they failed to purchase him.

I found this somewhere on Facebook comments, maybe this is the reason why Liverpool failed to sign Timo Werner.

p.s. To all Liverpool supporters here, sorry but it was stronger than me  Grin the funs at the expense of this slip can never get bored.

supposedly Timo Werner changes for 60mio from reb-bull leipzig to england to fc chelsea  Shocked
Chelsea fans will be praying that Timo Werner signs for them, the only person connected to Chelsea that would not want it to happen is prolly Tammy Abraham Grin it'll automatically make him a back up striker.

Frank Lampard and Chelsea have been linked to good and young players lately, I'd love to see few of them sign for the blues as Franky tries to build something new at the club, around young players aged 25 and below.

@coyster @tomahawk9 I yet can’t believe it that Manchester United has once again allowed a talented striker to slip away because first they missed signing Halland and now it’s Werner, further Chelsea is getting one of the deadliest strikers of the game and this purchase shall turn them into genuine title contenders for the next season.

However what bothers me is why did Liverpool decide not to purchase him citing financial reasons, because they'll earn good cash from winning the premier league, and on top of that they also have a good deal with their Nike in place, hence I’m really surprised why they failed to purchase him.

Yesterday felt good, opened Livescores and saw Austrian, Polish, Portuguese, German, Israeli, Danish leagues all having games. Just the ones I remember right off the top my memory.

Can't wait for real sports news too -- everything is recycled and ridiculous.

PSG are trolling FC Barcelona again. The french club wants 175 million for Neymar!!! (source)

And the cleansing in Inter Milan continues. Vecino to Tottenham?. Matías Vecino is quality, uruguayan players currently playing in the elite are hard-working top-class mofos  Cheesy

The potential is huge but also the risk to get a "Balotelli" kind of player.
Good ol' Balo was a troublemaker, plain and simple. Dembele seems to be a manchild who lacks work ethics.

He needs to find a new challenge, a new workplace, and I think Juve will be a good place for him to develop as a player. He clearly didn't fit the Barca DNA (possesion focused), but Juvetus tactics and system could fit his skills and style, he might be able to display his full potential as a winger, like Douglas Costa.

If Messi is going to retire or go to another club in China in order to end his career, I am afraid that Barca is going to give this amount for Neymar.
Neymar is going to find the role that he seeks in Barcelona and finally be the leader in the Blaugrana team only if Messi leaves the club.

Tonali will probably go in Juve or Inter, Inter according to media is in advantage and Juventus is not pushing for him.

Juventus is not pushing for him because apparently they are working on other profiles and keep Tonali in stand by

The German Sportbild just posted some transfer news about Kai Havertz, who is currently playing for Bayer Leverkusen. It looks like FC Bayern, Real Madrid, FC Barcelona and several English clubs want to sign him in near future. Leverkusen is asking for a €100m transfer fee, but due the Covid-19 pandemic its pretty doubtful that any club will pay that amount this summer.

Bayern are interested in Kai Havertz but want him for 2021. Real Madrid, Barcelona, Liverpool, Man United and Chelsea are also interested. However Leverkusen remain firm on their €100m asking price which makes it doubtful that any club would pay this summer [@SPORTBILD]

Havertz wants a decision over his future this summer, even if it means he would only move in 2021. The topic will be discussed between Bayern & Leverkusen ahead of their game this weekend. An option would be to reach an agreement now for the move to happen in 2021 [@SPORTBILD]

Chelsea is a big club, Leicester City is not. It's impossible to put the both clubs in the same level, Chelsea are miles ahead of Leicester, both in terms of club success, club revenues, performances in Europe, the quality of players they can attract etc.

maybe they will not on the same level, but we must remember how Atalanta doing great at UCL. Atalanta doesn't have big-name players, but they can be a club with attractive games. Same as Leicester City, maybe they are doesn't have the same level as Chelsea, Man. City, Sevilla, or other clubs who already have a good history at UCL. but, Ibelieve they can be better than all of them with their style.

Since Arthur-Pjanic seems a NONO thing right now even if Barca and Juve are still ongoing for the exchange before the 30th of this month, journalist are now talking about Dembelè-Pjanic.

What to say about it, is a high-risk exchange if they will do it because we know the behavior of the young Barca's player.
The potential is huge but also the risk to get a "Balotelli" kind of player.

So to say that a move from Leicester to Chelsea would be a good move to a bigger club for a player may not be true anymore, maybe the payday could be higher I am not sure but thats about it, when you look at the success part of it, both teams are equal in my eye, at least for now until there is some change.

I know Leicester had a dream 2015-2016 season and are currently doing well this season, but when you list out Chelsea's success in the last decade or more, including their famous Uefa champions league triumph, it's impossible to equate the two teams. Even when Leicester won the league in 2016, their best player Ngolo Kante couldn't resist a move to Chelsea, he left the club and signed for the blues. A move from Leicester to Chelsea is a move to a bigger club surely, anyday, anytime.

after this season Milinkovićc-Savic will leave lazio...
psg is showing great interest from france and top teams from england also want this player

In a local newspaper, Milinkovic Savic is related to almost all big clubs where some unrealistic figures are mentioned. His manager just doing his job and shill for SMS, hoping that there might be some sale and realization of his high commissions. I read this rubbish for the last three years, in the end, it always ends the same.

Ighalo has started quite well at United scoring impressive goals. Just hope his dream of been a full-time United player comes to reality after the current loan contract expires on January 31, 2021.
Odion Ighalo breaking into united's first eleven will be very difficult, he'll get playing time, but it'll mostly be substitute appearances and Carabao cup/FA cup matches; but Ighalo i think prefers that to leaving his boyhood club to return to China just yet.

as far as I understood well, Ighalo can't back to China until October due to pandemic security reason, that was a good reason to extend the loan. And at the moment it’s a good job and this guy really love Manchester United and giving his best to the club. I like this guy.
