Have you checked your email? As I remember is that Fortunejack will send an email regarding delayed withdrawal for security check. You need to confirm the email IMO especially if you are using a new bitcoin address for the withdrawal.
Regarding delayed deposit, if the transaction has at least 1 confirmation already but it is not credited on your account so I guess there must be an error on their deposit system. You can always use the live chat instead of complaining it here or complain it on their discord channel.

There where no risks in auto dicing ....just faster.
And the option to set a stop bet amount would be great in this dice game.

Heh it could.  Try playing in a regular fiat poker, sports betting or gambling site.  They usually start processing your withdrawals after 24 - 36 hours after making the request.  Lol.

Funny there are idiots like you that come attacking people who have serious concerns without knowing jack.

If you bother asking or looking yourself in their dice chat, we had tons of confirmations on the deposit but they delay it on their end.  I have over 20 confirmations within a few hours and it was still delayed over a day. Same with others, theyre still waiting.

If your deposit is delayed you have to look at where you sent it from. FJ does not control the blockchain and they credit deposits after 1 confirmation IIRC. It's funny that gamblers are gambling with bitcoin while being completely clueless about how any of it works. "WHERE'S MY DAMN BITCOIN?? Well I lost my deposit (after waiting a day to get it credit) but I managed to turn the .03X bonus balance into .6 and completed the wager requirements. Withdrew .5 and waited a while. Contacted support and they said they investigate withdrawals?

Gonna hope its through by tomorrow (since thats how long they delayed my deposit).

I;m not using any VPNs while playing at FJ, most of the time I use chrome browser. I did tried with Microsoft Edge sometime ago but the problem still exist. I did clear cookies and cookies but the same although the frequency of getting logged out is lower after I did it. Surprisingly it works without any problem on mobile browser (chrome).

Also have you cleared your cache and cookies, and are you using Vpn then it could be because of Vpn too. I made my first withdrawal of 19 DASH with fortunejack and it went through. I kept playing and the next day I made another withdrawal (all the remaining amount which was 13.5 DASH) and did not receive it for a while. I tried logging in to my account and got an error message saying my account is suspended. I contacted live chat and they told me that I have violated terms and conditions. I asked them to explain me what I have violated and that was their response:

Failure to meet the requirements of FortuneJack's security policies can result in any or all of the following security procedures:
- Withhold all active transactions until further notice.

Permanently discard all associated accounts.

I told that it is my only account I have with fortunejack and there has to be a mistake, however, the only answers I received after this were : I am very sorry we can not re activate your account.
It seems that the chat does not care what I say, they just kept answering same thing.

I don't know why they suspended my account cause I am 100% sure this is my only account I have. I don't know what are my options here but I am sure this is not legal what they are doing. If they don't provide me with any proof I would be happy if they showed you the proof but as I said before I am sure that there is none.

They have a blog site to keep you updated on many things other than gambling as well as banner ads for their players to get referrals so they are getting other players not only from this forum. There's always a rep here but the thing is their thread is more on announcements and discussions. While we can use this thread to look for assistance it's still best to use a chatbox (like discord or going to their site) because it's easier to reply back and forth.

Not everyone uses discord so it might be trouble for them to join in. If there is a rep always there than there should be a rep always here as well, if they hired people to be online 7/24 to constantly help people why is it harder to just keep at least one of them here all the time as well.
