You can literally check online million ways to figure out a website if they are crooked or not. I do not understand why people who lose money on gambling needs to put the blame on the casino when in reality that is how the system works, there is a HOUSE EDGE that literally says you will lose all your money to the casino no matter what, that is what casinos are for, taking your money but giving a smaaaalll chance of making it big. House edge is the reason why many of the casinos stands still and keep on profiting after years of existence.

You losing is not the website being rigged, it is because casinos are meant to win over you more often than not. There is no need to be hostile against them because they did exactly what they said they will when they took your money. If you can't live with that than don't gamble.

Fortune jack has been having a little trouble with tech support on their website, as far as I know they have outsourced their tech support to some company and that company hasn't been delivering that well, many peoples problems just go to waste and usually shut down without solving. However, whatever you write here you can be rest assured that the guy that controls the bitcointalk account is legit and he always solves your problems.

I am sure your spins will be back soon and you will get them and will be playing them soon as well. You can always count on the dude here and to anyone else that has a problem that is not resolved on support chat (which is common in all of internet) you can just write here or pm him and you can be sure that your problem will definitely be looked into.

FortuneJack, you ignored my last message Sad. So after 3 weeks a new set of spins were credited but AGAIN these do not work and I cannot play them. I asked support if they could manually add me 50 spins as they were able to do so in a different circumstance for a pragmatic slot like Tales of Egypt but they said it's a different department.

I've been told a "short time" for the last 3 weeks. I'm just frustrated over the timeframe of this and it's far exceeded any sort of issue I've had in the past. I was originally told 24-48 hours, and last week was told it would be completed "very soon" but it's been 22 days. Please understand that 22 days and 15 separate conversations with live support that have amounted in no resolution is the source of my frustration.

Hello, I am having an issue with FJ and want to know if anyone else is experiencing this or if It’s just me.

There was a promotion during Xmas time called secret Santa and in my account messages was a link to several boxes and then I was gifted a box and I selected and won 50 freespins on some Irish Clover game.

The spins could not be used right then and instead I had to wait a day and half before they would be able to be activated.

I waited the day and half and went to activate them and everything looked good, game started loading and then disconnected. Would not reload. I went to live chat. They said technical problem and I would have to wait a few more days to redeem them.

So a week goes by and I didn’t hear anything. Then two weeks go by and haven’t heard anything. I checked with them and said hey it’s been two weeks but they said yeah worst technical error in the history of the globe. We have an entire team of technicians working on this 24/7 and still weeks later it’s not resolved. For a few free spins.....

Then three weeks has passed no spins. Although they guaranteed me that I would be able to eventually redeem them.

Now four weeks has passed and I have never been able to access my Spins.  I cannot imagine what type of technical error would take a whole team of technicians working around the clock and still have no solution.... anybody else experience this?

Has been 20 days since the New Years promo and I still haven't been able to play my free spins. I was originally told the issue would be resolved in 24-48 hours but have had to speak to support 14 times, each time they told me the same thing, "it will be fixed soon." A week ago it got changed to, "it will be fixed very soon" but still hasn't been fixed or addressed. I get that you guys are more tuned towards high rollers but this is just frustrating. Live support has been unable to answer for the last 20 minutes today as well Sad

^  Poker doesn't really make that much in rake unless you get a lot of traffic on your tables.  Even some live casinos don't like them much cos they occupy space but make less than say a game like baccarat.

I received a message on my affiliate account about this news since Jan 3rd so its been more than two weeks since Fortunejack inform about this launch through affiliate message. Indeed it is a good news for bitcoin gambling fans especially for sports bettors, it would even better if there is an ETA for the launch of the sportsbook. Hopefully it wont be the same as the Poker game, where FJ said that the poker game will be back soon but no updates for too long time.

Personally, from my experience, FJs live chat support is pretty poor and seems as though it's a hired third-party chat support service - they don't seem to have any idea what's going on and are of no help with anything.

However, David (FJ support dude here on btctalk) is absolutely superb. I've only come to him with issues twice, but both times, he has been incredibly supportive, responsive, understanding - all of the above. The second issue has been ongoing for nearly THREE weeks now and seemed as though nothing was getting done, that it would never be resolved - until I brought the issue to David's attention a couple days ago. He jumped right on it and it became immediately apparent that he was getting things done.

@Lucky7btc - am I crazy or does it seem pretty apparent that you = bowlerman = winsometimes?

Great thing about both social media (can we count bitcointalk social media?) AND good customer relationship is that when there is something wrong going on we can see the website acting properly and really help the customers. Without bitcointalk and this topic we wouldn't be capable of seeing this issue yet fortunatejack wouldn't know about this issue aside from just one guy at support doing whatever.

Right now, fortunejack will be capable of helping the customer and fixing their issues and solve whatever the problem is thanks to the bitcointalk topic which is the power of social media, that is how the real life twitter brigade things help customers as well. Maybe fortunejack could have been some other casino and just ignore people and make a self moderated topic and just deleted all bad stuff and kept all good stuff which would have ended up with them not getting customers but they don't do that, they help their customers and fix their issues which is why everyone still loves them.

BS, FJ is as crooked as they come. Go play their Microgaming blackjack and see if its a fair game or not. This place knows they are running rigged games!

If only you can prove this then we will believe you but if there is no any solid proof, I think you are what we expect here right now. I do not think they have issue after they changing their new staffs. And even I that been hacked last time due to their fault, I already give my trust back to them with the new changing here. So I do not think there is any problem with their games either
