I tried to tell everyone this casino has gone downhill. They are arrogant and stealings winnings and sometimes deposits. They got 40X wagering on bonuses which is outrageous. Yet people praise this clip joint...SMDH

Accepting the huge win the guy got would mean that any new bug can (and should) be abused by the players then they just have to use the tons of funds from the bug to play on other games and withdraw those games coming from "not buggy games".

Nothing to do here but to cancel the winnings. It's fair in my opinion.

I understand completely 100% what you are saying, but no it is not fair. I am not those other players. Furthermore I did not abuse your game and try to withdraw a ridiculous amount of coins. I did not even know there was a bug in the first place. I played the game because of your guys' suggestion. Furthermore you have no proof whatsoever that the Plinko jackpot win came from the Adrenaline bug BTC or from the initial deposit BTC which accrued BTC outside of Adrenaline. I realize you guys may have lost BTC because of what has occurred and I do understand how hard it must be to take one loss after another, but how could you say this is right? You guys should not have released a game with such a huge bug in the first place.

On top of that I have read over your bug bounty rules. Bitcointalk.org readers please take this into consideration as well when they say they are being fair.
They have split the bounty into 3 prizes:

0.02 for Small Bug

0.08 for Medium Bug

0.2 for Large Bug

They awarded me the MEDIUM BUG. Somehow winning money for free (which was unknown to me at the time). Is somehow considered a Medium Bug? Look at what the problem has escalated to because of this Bug yet your support would only give me this amount? You claim that other players have withdrawn there earnings and you guys have took some damage. The bug in itself should award more than large because of the damage you guys could receive. Tell me what is fair about this part? Your players that had found the bug regardless of whether they reported it or stumbled upon it by accident should be allowed to keep those funds because this was faulted from the casino. Nobody came in and rigged your game. Your programmers messed up so punish them for it, why are you taking it out on the players, and then you punish other players like myself further for hitting a jackpot that had nothing in relevance with your bugged game? What would have happened if multiple people who experienced the same thing hit jackpots as well. Would you deny them all payment? How would you even justify such a notion. Seems like you are scapegoating the bug to deny payment to a player who fell upon a good amount of luck that night.

I had no knowledge this was even a bug prior to being notified and my funds denied. I thought I was playing the game right. Your rules simply state enter amount click bet to begin. Stop when you want to withdraw. How is this fair in any sense? I played the game the way it says to play. I had won and thought I would withdraw and be safe and not lose all my earnings because the house edge on the game is 2% compared to your other provably fair games which are rated at 1%.

If I were only to play Adrenaline all night and my BTC only came from that game alone that night before I jumped over to the Plinko game, then I would consider this to be a right decision, HOWEVER, that is not the case. I stayed on your casino that whole night. Anybody can see this from my transactions logs. I was on their website for 13 hours playing a plethora of games in between. Even after what had occurred I had still continued to play because I was so frustrated at what had happened.

Even now I have continued to play on your page. I have been loyal to this page even before they had the huge updates and additional game providers. I have lost a lot but I have ALWAYS came back here, because of how well you guys had treated your players. Please see this from any players perspective. Would you deny someone a gold medal from one event because there were technicalities in a different event? The jackpot was really such a holiday miracle for me. I am behind on phone bills, car payments, mortgage payments. It would mean everything in the world if you could please make my wishes come true. David responding from here. Pardon for delayed response from me, its the first day back to office after a vacation, your case is the first and delicate one I am gonna be handling.

As I have figured out from your comments and from inquiries in office, the issue is that: you have deposited amount on our website and due to bug of the game you made a significant winning. The game bug was notified to us by the provider and it was quite simple, but as well quite damaging - the automatic cashback have allowed players to basically write in bar the amount of money they wished to win and after spin the winning was there. This was brutal and our internal investigation is on to determine the causes of the bug. Thankfully to our most honest and loyal players the bug was soon detected. Most of the players wrote us what was happening and we were able to act fast and find the solution. We have rewarded to everyone who was affected by the bug with bug bounty of 0.08 for the damage, because we take responsibility on what happened on website.

Sadly, some of the players took advantage on bug and got more and more until they could, but of course we are not able to issue the winnings that have been made due to bug abuse or any sort of unfair activity and we kindly ask our players to be understandable in this case.

Your case, however, is extremely delicate as the winning on Adrenalin came because of the bug and you were able to claim 2.1 BTC, but you kept on playing and made a huge bet with bug won money on Plinko, were you got the big win of 19.17 BTC. We decided to seize the winnings because of the valid reason, of initial win coming from the bug, you were refunded your deposit and given a bug bounty (like all other players effected by bug) of 0.08 BTC.

We are sorry to hear about your poor experience, but I think at the end we did everything to end up on fair point, you were returned your money back and plus given additional bonus for damage and help in successfully spotting and solving the bug issue.

^This is the best advice you would ever get because as of right now the only ones who can help you is FortuneJack itsel and its support team. Asking assistance from game-protect won't really help you solve your case as their "legal service" isn't really a thing they don't even mention even one name of a lawyer representing their team on their official website so I wouldn't believe what they are saying right now.

That is the thing I do not know what bug they are referring to. I thought I was simply winning by doing what it said to do. Place bet during blip pull out before the blip stops and cash out winnings.

Yes if I can argue nothing else but the Plinko, it was won using money I had deposited and the winnings from the bugged game. I don't believe I should penalized for the Plinko winnings simply because of the bugged

game. That does not even seem remotely fair. Couldn't they just take the money I had accrued in the so called bugged game then? Those games had nothing to do with each other. Both played at completely separate

times with lots of other games played in between.

First off: Your case looks strange, and I'd contact support through email or reach out to @davcl or @Rine in the discord channel to take a look at the issue.

Secondly: Do not talk to "game-protect", he will do nothing to help you.

What was bug in provably fair game?

Plinko win looks legit, if you had enough money to place this bet using your deposit, FJ has to pay you money you won.

Also I will start posting threads of this incident. Would you prefer to lose 2000 clients or 20 BTC. It is not a hard choice. Please it is the holidays. Nobody wants this. Hello FortuneJack community my username is verusfides on the website known popularly as fortunejack.com. I am coming to  you today as a recent player on it's website who has not been paid my earnings and have been robbed because of a bug which occured on one of there games. Below is a full break down of the events that have occurred.

(TL;DR below)

Yesterday, I had made a small deposit to FortuneJack. They had recently sent me a notifcation asking to try a new game and I was intrigued. During the game I had accrued some amount of funds roughly amounting 2 BTC. I, in my belief was that I had acquired these winnings fairly without any fraudulent or illegal play. Later I try to make a small withdrawal of roughly a quarter of my winnings around .45 BTC, which then said was undergoing review. I thought everything was fine up till this point.

This is where it gets interesting. As the night progresses, I am still on the site gambling for nearly 8 hours, eventually heading over to there plinko page. I keep playing and playing and then the jackpot hit. You should understand I was literally speechless when this happened. It was a payout of 20 BTC.

About 15 minutes later however, all the funds in my account were subtracted and later they had claimed that my winnings on Adrenaline were obtained due to a bug, and that they therefore would have to penalize ALL the money I acquired. Clearly this is unjustifiable. Even if the winnings I won in Adrenaline were from a bug. I had been on the casino website for nearly 8 hours. I am sure I have wagered over 10000x my initial deposit.  Even if the casino were to claim that I won a small amount from a bug, the plinko bet was won fair and square. They even know this because they have nothing to say about it, but simply because of the Adrenaline game which THEY advertised me to play, they are refusing my winnings. I am coming to the community here today to see what they have to say about this. I am being robbed for playing a game they had suggested to me?

TL;DR Won a total of 22 BTC -20 from Plinko jackpot 1000x and 2 from Adrenaline. Fortunejack siezed all earnings claiming a bug from the game Adrenaline which was advertised by them.

I have had several chats with support and every time they end like : "we understand your frustration but we can't say more about this" or " loyalty system is under investigation and we will make an announcement once investigation will be completed" .

But those answer came only after I insisted I deserve that prize because it was what they advertised. At first they took the road of denying me that prize because of a bunch of bullshit reasons I had to disassemble with time and patience with their support operators.

In their last answers they are saying loyalty system has changed and comp points cannot be changed to btc anymore ( as I asked to be credited the Btc equivalent if loyalty system was under investigation as they stated) but no official announcement has been made about this.


But what really I don't understand is they are doing it for a prize worth like 4 or 5 mBtc : they already awarded me 200 free spins for that same promotion ( using which  I won like three times that amount) but they are still delaying this one.
edit : not sure about the value of those comp points it might be inaccurate / any help on  this will be appreciated).

To provide complete informations I have to say am a long time players on fortunejack ( like 4 or 5 years) and never had any problems with them : no problem with withdrawals ever; always had promo prize paid regularly without any hassle and always had a great assistance when some issues popped up.

Have you tried to ask it through live chat or support ticket? Maybe you can get faster answer that ways instead of in this thread as it seems Fortunejack representative in this forum is not as active as before in responding questions/feedback. How much is 1500 comp points worth in BTC?

I’m now able to login to the site again with my 2FA-enabled account via Google’s 2FA application on my android device, seems issues should now be fixed in regards to accounts not being able to login due to the 2FA on the site being broken. Never hurts to have 2FA enabled in times when accounts are constantly being cracked through bruteforcing all the time; if you don't already have 2FA enabled on your FJ account, I highly suggest doing so as soon as possible. It takes just a few more seconds to login every time, but you gain a massive amount of security by doing so.

I would not recommend playing on FortuneJack, they confiscate winnings and then call the rogue T&C, they ask for unreasonable documents, etc...
