its sad to see that the site seemed to have really much potential and the users liked it really much, maybe anyone knows why the owner quit? did they have any financial problems because of faucet games or he just wanted to scam people?

I doubt that this site will back online, its been down for more than 5days. And OP last online was 3days ago, and did not say anything on whats happen.
Seems that OP got less interest in his site, and decided to shut it down. Hope no one lose too much btc on this site.

they put a lot of effort to making the site i cant see why they could runaway now when so much people are interested
That is not a lot of effort because it is a simple website with the script of a PTC sites. Most PTC sites already offer the grid-click game and their site is based on that. Nothing is special about that, people would not be interested in playing because it is hard to get the prizes

From now on, people with balance >= 0.00015 BTC cannot play free images. You can try your luck in Paid Images from now on.
This rule will not affect anything especially for real "faucet lickers"
They can simply withdraw their balance and then continue to play on the free images.
Of course before withdraw they need to make at least 1 deposit, but its not a big problem for them.
With the new rule, I think you should split the big 0.0003 btc prize in the free images into 2 or 3 smaller prizes, so to further reduce the incentive of withdrawing the prize.
Also I think you should add a captcha but only in the free images.

I dont think there is an effort needed to claim the "faucet" on your site because since you dont put in captcha before clicking on the "faucet" image , all the faucet licker needs is a simple auto clicker software to claim the "faucet" from your sites. Best thing to do is to put in 0.0002 minimum withdrawal with 0.0001 withdrawal fee to force the faucet licker to use the BTC to play on the sites rather than cashing it out
