It is in almost every PTC sites like few months ago, I know this from neobux before. This is may be a same idea but atleast the idea is genuine and not a copy from the other dice sites

It is common sense to believe the words that are coming from high rank members because a newly created account could be a shill. Not saying that this sites has shill, just my example on describing my explanation.
It is bad to see that you have so few gamblers on your site. Even if several free images have been added to give users a small balance, not many clicks have been done on the "paid images". I think you should launch a small marketing campaign now, either buy a forum ad space or run a small signature campaign to attractive more gamblers. Another option would be to completely turn the site to be a faucet, add some adspaces and run your site like those PTC sites.
Sadly it looks like this site is beeing leech by the faucet lickers because the amount gained from faucet here is quite higher than any other faucet sites. Bad thing, this sites could stand more and become gambling sites instead of faucet sites
But if he is start a campign it should be a competitive one about their payout if they payout is low I dont think he have a chance to compete their pickxel in this gambling anymore. But the idea is already good but still it so low people coming to play
Even if he is offering the highest payrates, there is still no guarantee that people might click the signature that are carried by the participants, so more or less if OP hasnt got enough funds for marketing than this sites will most likely turn into faucet sites instead
