We know that since the era of Messi and Ronaldo, all the media have been very enthusiastic when there was any news about the two of them, whereas maybe in another 2 years it could have ended and where else would the media make uproarious news that doesn't make sense.

Therefore, Mbappe, one of the people who is predicted to be the successor to the GOAT era, will always make headlines wherever he is, it's no wonder that the current giant of the football club, Real Madrid, is always annoyed by the media. But it seems that for now both Mbappe and PSG don't want to bother about this and they are still focused on Ligue 1 and the Champions League, of course, which they really want to win this season.

Even right now Lens is at the second spot, but their away form is not good as they already lost few points against Lille and few other weaker teams which will help Nice as well because they are also improving their performance and try to give tough fight to Lens and in case of having draw they can lose few more points and gape could be seven or eight points with next match is against PSG which is also not easy and if they are able to have full points this could be good but most chances we will have this same gape for some more weeks after this may be having few changes, but these are not going to hurt PSG with their current quality and performance, but Lens can go in trouble but if they want to keep this rank and performance then surely they need to work hard and having good performance after break as well.

This is a competition that requires them to cooperate with each other, unlike before in the World Cup where they had to beat each other to win the title. Certainly this match looks like it will be very easy for Paris Saint Germain, I even see that in this match they will win with a fairly crushing score. It's not an exaggeration to say that because the difference between the two teams is very clear.

Messi nearly came to his down side in the past season with too bad performance in PSG but he returned strongly in this season. Ronaldo is in contrast and he has similar situation like Messi in the past season.

At their ages, they will no longer have enough time to play and if they make any return, it might be their last time to return to top-notch level and performances. It is too soon to say everything ended for Cristiano Ronaldo. We must wait a few months or a next season to know and confirm this fact. With Messi, even he has a good season until December, it's too optimistic to think he will be able to maintain it for too many more years.

The drama and change of Mbappe in the last summer caused to a bad thinking in Real Madrid about Mbappe. It can be a big barrier for Mbappe transfer to Real Madrid because he needs them more than they need him.

I am curious to see how Mbappe and Real Madrid will close their transfer drama on media. Will they come to each other after all?

This is apparently easy match for PSG because Strasbourg is very weak even they are strong candidate to be relegated this season because they only can able to get 1 win from 15 matches however for betting options the bookie provide @1.22 odds for PSG this indeed very low but i can understand about it because PSG is favourite team but slightly better if we pick over 2.5 goals because this option has odds @1.35 and according to their meetings statistics PSG can able to wins from Strasbourg with 3 goals margin or more several times and today too i think it's not so different and for this match probably over 2.5 goals is good instead of PSG win

It is not actually about being in need of Mbappe for Real Madrid.

Yes, they don't need especially Mbappe for achieving the La Liga title or even the Champions League title. They already proved that by getting both of the titles in the previous season. It is important for Real Madrid to have a player like Mbappe because they would like to build a dream team again like they loved to do it in the past. They don't need Mbappe and Haaland both either to make this dream come true either. Only Mbappe would be a great addition to make this team far stronger than before. There is a great coherence between Mbappe and Benzema already but maybe Mbappe would take his place in the starting eleven rather than playing beside him. But it depends on when PSG would be likely to sell Mbappe.

To be honest, I haven't seen anything special from Paris Saint Germain in the Champions League, because in the group phase they didn't get opponents who were really at their level. Juventus? We all know how Juventus have performed this season, so I don't expect much from them. Benfica? Actually I see that Benfica is not better than PSG, but they can win the group. From there I see that Galtier has not been able to give an impressive appearance for Paris Saint Germain.

No, PSG won't win games easily if they don't have Messi, Neymar and Mbappe as their attackers. Chances of victory will drop if PSG don't play with their front three, that should be true. PSG is also not as strong as expected when they meet opponents who are very focused on a defensive strategy and high pressing. I mean like against Reims and Monaco this season. PSG drew in these two matches even though PSG actually dominated the match.

Everyone knows that PSG is the most dominant team in Ligue 1. PSG didn't seem to have a strong competitor throughout the season even though they could also loss a few points in 38 matches. Boring, that may be the true impression people give of Ligue 1.

The real competition for PSG is in the Champions League, but they haven't managed to prove that they can win the title. PSG has a lot of quality players both in defense and attack, but the lack of experience of the team and coach they have is the cause of failure in the Champions League.
