PSG was not able to win against reims. that proves that if PSG's is not facing a big decline in its performance. I hope lens will be surpassing PSG as soon as possible. Verratti was getting a red card which is a very bad result for PSG. I doubt if PSG can win this season. I prefer to take lens or marseille as my most favorite club to win the french league this season. You shall aware that how difficult PSG to beat reims. Look at how even with world class trio PSG could not even win against reims.

I think even though Lens is playing away maybe they can still win easily in today's match against Troyes, but the final result of this match is a draw with a score of 1-1. In fact, Lens almost lost because a goal for Lens also just came in the 88th minute, and it was quite close to the end of the match.
Even if I consider from their head to head records at least Lens can dominate the victory, so if I associate it with Lens' good trend this season, it is very possible for Lens to be able to beat Troyes who are in the middle of the standings. PSG are consistently underperforming. And if they perform like that, they will have to give up their hopes of winning Ligue 1 and the Champions League. They have dropped points in three of their last four matches. And their overall performance was very poor. Bonding between players has become weaker. Despite having the best players like Messi, Neymar and Mbappe in attack, PSG team is facing a lot of problems to score goals. If the bonding between the players is not strong, I don't expect any better performance from PSG.

Reims goal was scored in the last minutes of the game.. PSG were able to resist until the final whistle but they failed. I agree for sure about the red card impact, they might be able to play better and added another goal but this is what happens when you score only 1 goal. You should resist until the end of the game and pray to not receive a surprising goal..

Verratti was for sure pissed off probably because he wasn't in the starting squad, minutes after he got in he got sent off and he will more matches now and also cost PSG 2 points, the red card really affected them.

I think Paris Saint German this night is going to crush Reims and consolidate their title fight further by making a bigger gap to Lens and Marseille,both such teams cannot keep up with Paris consistence and despite Paris not being consistent themselves I think overall they are a much better team and surely most likely they are going to win tonight.They are going to do so even to please their fans who are waiting for a good victory in Stad de France against a relatively good team I would say like Reims as they are in the bottom middle of the standings,so after that they will shift their focus to Champions League which is just 2 weeks away now.

Even the lens draw saved it in the last minutes. They were almost renewed. They scored in the 88th minute and earned 1 point. This result was very bad for Lens because they were following Paris SG and could not bear the slightest loss of points. Paris SG will host Reims at home and we know that they will very likely win in that match. The difference in points between the teams will increase again.
That's basically the reason why PSG becomes champions every year. Not many teams could get a win that constantly, they end up losing mostly because they are not consistently good. This means that Lens will have many games where they are not going to be this good, and that is why I believe that they will get many more draws and losses whereas PSG won't get it. Sure PSG went though a bad period too, but that was quicker and they are still at the top, so even their worst performances was enough to keep them at the top. This is why I believe they will end up being the champions no matter what. Very hard to somehow get them not to win in the end, would be very tough to do.

PSG's matchup is really easy for them as they are going to host Reims. Their previous meet was quite interesting after PSG got a red card. Reims had so many goal attempts but it ended up with a 0-0 draw. This time I don't think PSG will lose points. This must be a comfortable game in Parc des Princes. The attacking trio would carry the team as usual.

Current standing, PSG behind 2 points left from Lens after held draw last match from Troyes 1-1 and good opportunity for PSG remaining 5 points left on one hour later match against Reims. I'm not sure about the statement you said.
So, let's see, now PSG will play their match against Reims at their home turf. according to several sources that I have read, Galtier is ready to play back his core starting line-up. at least, PSG are starting to get serious about widening the gap in points from teams that are below their ranking. only four games remaining for PSG, before playing the Champions League match against Bayern Munich in the first leg. for sure, Galtier will focus more on his team to get full points in each of his matches before the round of 16 of the Champions League starts again.
Different from Lens, Lens should have been able to get full points in that match. the reason is, Troyes is not a team that is too tough for them to overthrow. but it seems, Lens started to face some tough matches in the second half of this season. in fact, I'm pretty sure that Marseille will shift Lens' ranking on the standings board in the next few weeks.

i think the chances of Lens winning Ligue 1 are very slim, they are currently in a fight with Marseille and probably Monaco for the CL qualification ticket, nothing changed between them in this round since the three of them drew, there is still more rounds and fittest by the end is going to take the 2nd place.
Lens and Marseille lost both 2 points this round giving the chance to PSG to get a 5 points gap once they win against Reims.For Marseille, ok their opponent Monaco is hard but how Lens got only a draw vs Troyes...

The 20th round of the French league is going very well for PSG. All teams willing to chase the leader lost points. I admit that I was disappointed by the level of yesterday's Marseille vs Monaco match.
