I don't think that Rennes can be beaten by Lorient with a score of 2-1. In the first half Lorient had taken the lead through goals from Talbi and Le Bris and in the second half Rennes had replied through Flavien Tait's goal in the 73rd minute, but until the final minute Rennes failed to equalize and made them have to accept this defeat. This should be an opportunity for Rennes to shift Monaco from the top 4, especially now that Lorient is below Rennes in the standings making the next match even more exciting.

Apparently Lens will got easy match today against Troyes that they are clearly the favourite this because Lens records from Troyes was very impressive even when these teams still playing at Ligue 2 Lens is too strong for Troyes and since beat PSG few weeks ago Lens still unbeatable until today
And their opponent Troyes had a problem with their defensive lines and conceded 11 goals from 5 matches proven Troyes cannot managed their defense and i am sure Lens realized this records and attempts to gets early goals especially their player Lois Openda was on fire with 9 goals during this season and i am sure Lens will home with 3 points from this match
Lens has bigger chance to win against troyes. Lens's odd looks good enough at this moment. 1.58 seems worthy with a result from the match that can be predicted easily. Lens was always dominating the match against troyes. Lens itself is still very consistent at this moment by continuing its undefeated record after lens was beating PSG. Draw was not a big problem for lens as long as lens will still earn points. The problem is coming for troyes as it will be facing a team that was always defeating it. this just like a big challenge for troyes to face lens. I think that lens potentially dominating the match. Lens can win against PSG and I think troyes will become easy opponent for lens. The result from match is so easy to predict.

Marseille vs Monaco is a match between two top teams at the moment, of course it will be very interesting and I don't think anyone is in the favorites even though Marseille will play at home but it won't be a big influence, these two teams have the same chance to win the game .
in this match I bet on goals over, I think when the two teams that have almost the same strength meet there will be a lot of goals.
I hope Monaco can provide a better resistance in this match even though the strength looks the same, but I won't say about the equal opportunities for these two teams in the match. Lorient was able to win home 2-1 vs Rennes. This is their first victory in a home match since 3 months tho. For Rennes, they are just winning once and losing once

Rennes' dominance was felt in possession but Lorient's quick counterattack was really accurate in my opinion because if they saw an opportunity, they got 4 shots and all were on target and of course 2 of them could be converted into goals. inversely proportional to Rennes who seemed very difficult even though they had lots of opportunities in this match.
With this result Rennes' position is a little threatened by Lorient now because the difference is 2 points but fortunately at this time Monaco will face Marseille and it is likely that 3 points will also be a little difficult for them to get in today's match if you look at the successive wins from Marseille.

Rennes were favorites against Lorient. But still Rennes lost this match. But Rennes' performance is good. Rennes players tried hard to score. After many attacks, they failed. My Rennes players felt helpless against Lorient's defenders in this match. Lorient played a completely defensive strategy in this match. They scored two goals from the attack. I would say Lorient were lucky so they managed to win.
Both Monaco and Marseille are in very good form right now. So it is impossible to predict which team will win. However, Marseille is looking to grab second place at the table. And if they want to go second in the table, they will definitely need to get full points in this match.
Although Lille's performances were poor at the start of the season, they are now consistently performing well. Lille's performance from Nice is quite organized and stable. I think I'll bet on Lille.

Rennes are quite favourite for the win here. They beat Lorient away in their last two head-to-head games by comfortable scores. But in both cases Lorient were having a really bad season in the league. Things are more different now as we see Lorient only a few points behind them. Rennes had better not underestimate their opponent. Lorient were nearly beating Monaco home this season and this could be the same for Monaco as well depending on the performances. I'll bet on both teams to score.

It ended 2-1 instead of 2-2.The game was really interesting. Lorient had a great start by getting 2-0 ahead in the first half already. Rennes were incredibly dominant especially in the second half. Lorient didn't even have any goal attempt in the whole half. But this was only enough for Rennes to score one goal. Maybe Lorient had only a few goal attempts in the game but they used their chances more efficient obviously. My bet on both teams to score also won thanks to Rennes' goal in the second half.

The competition to become a champion is still wide open, especially for the teams that are currently in the top 4. The gap between them wasn't that great, 3 points from 1st and 2nd, 2 points from 2nd to 3rd, and 5 points from 3rd to 4th. It was a difference that could change in just one match. My focus here remains on those who will chase the 1st rank held by Paris Saint Germain. They have done well by continuing to cut the gap in points from the leaders of the standings. I'm just quite worried that this will happen briefly, I mean in the future the difference in points between them will widen again due to their own mistakes.
Talking about the top 4 of the standings will certainly be a priority for these teams to keep going to win in every game, but indeed, as you said, one's own mistakes can end fatally and result in widening the point difference between the teams. If psg gets solid defensively they can win it all, they have a near perfect squad. Psg will have to do something about their defense before the UCL round of 16.

Have you actually looked at the odds on the market before making your response? LOL. Of course Rennes are the favorites in this game, regardless of how you think the match will go.
As you can see in the image above, for a 1x2 bet, you will get smaller odds if you choose Rennes to win instead of choosing Lorient. This indicates that Rennes is more favored to win this match. If you don't know anything about soccer, it's better not to talk about it at all, because it will bring no value at all.

Both teams to score goals is a good option in this match between Lorient and Rennes but looking at the position the two teams occupy currently, I think it will be difficult for us to see multiple goals that's because the Rennes will be hoping to win from away with multiple goals but they will likely avoid conceding goals to enable them still move to the 4th place even though Monaco ends up defeating Marseille in their match with 1 goal they will still be ahead of them with goal difference.
