That is what Phil Jackson was known for, dude wasn't the greatest coach on paper or drawing up plays for example, but he was the greatest to handle ego from players. He managed to keep MJ and Scottie working together, he got the most out of Kobe and Shaq. I know that is basketball and a bit different but if you do not have a manager that doesn't handle the ego from the players then it fits the whole team games in the whole sports world.

This is why Pochettino is not really loved, he provided with so many championships and accolades but people still dislike him, why? Because, this team had a potential for even more and it is crumbling now that Mbappe is considering to leave.

I think 3 points for Marseille today seemed right. Angers are not in good form after losing 0-1 to Saint-Etienne at home in their previous match. Although Marsielle also lost to Lyon in the previous match, their performance this season deserves more attention from the fans. Their win over Angers is expected today and it will lift their position to 2nd place in the standings.

I predict the score in this match will be 3-1 for Marseille to win.

I slightly agree with @jakdanyel in today choice of matches, I don't think marseille will repeat their mistake for failing to get points in the previous lyon match, their failure to get points made them fail to coup the second position in the standings, so we can be sure if today marseille must get 3 points against angers in the match, besides that the match against angers certainly won't be as difficult as when facing lyon, because angers is currently also in a bad condition and they were only able to win 1 win out of 5 matches, if you look at the statistics of the two teams so far, of course I personally would prefer to bet on a marseille win.

While this is not a difficult match for Marseille, I don't think Marseille can easily win. However, considering the position of the two teams in the points table, Marseille undoubtedly looks strong. Well yeah there was some speculation that Poch will step down this summer regardless of how it turns out and go to United then Zidane will most likely take over PSG after that. Well it was pretty much speculation at this point but Poch has stated that he wasnt happy in PSG so chances is that this could be true though but PSG probably wont let him go if he can win the UCL this season

Pochettino is not at all as bad as one might think, it's just that he's not experienced enough to win the Champions League title like some other coaches like Zidane or Pep Guardiola. I'm not sure he can take PSG to the final, but this team has a big mission because the players are desperate to win the Champions League title including Mbappe.

If Pochettino fails to lead PSG to the final this season then I'm sure PSG will look for a better replacement than him and maybe they will sign Zidane if the two agree a deal. We'll see how the PSG vs Real Madrid first leg is played because it will be good to test Pochettino's abilities.

I do not think that Pochettino is a bad manager at all but he is not the person for the job neither. He is great for the league, and sometimes great for the cup as well and that is all nice and well enough. I would still hire him for Tottenham type of team as well. But, when you are trying to be at the very top of the game, like win the UCL type of deal, then you are looking for a manager that is much much better than Pochettino.
